The staff are always chatty and cheerful. They willingly carry baggage to their minibus , unload it and ensure you understand pick- up procedure.

Very good service, second time I have used them and both times excellent service.

Easy to use and I felt my car was safe as the whole car park is fenced and on camera

Got a bit confused as B&G parking is not the name of the company now. Not a very professional sleek setup, very old minibus but did the job and they picked us up promptly.

On dropping off the car and our return to collect it, the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating despite it being the early hours of the morning and our return flight being rather late. Our transfers to and from the airport in the minibus were efficient and timely. The car park was just a little tricky to find so allow a bit extra time!

The services was very good, worth the money. We would definitely use B and G Parking again.

Although on arriving at the parking it didn't quite meet with my expectations with other offsite airport parking due to the site being shared with a haulers we were greeted by a very cheerful chap despite the hour ( 5 am ) and quickly whisked off to the airport. On our return we rang the number we had been given and were picked up within 5 minutes by 2 cheerful ladies and returned to find our car all ready waiting for us to put our cases in and drive home. We found our parking experience far superior to any other airport parking anywhere in the U.K. before and wouldn't hesitate to use B & G again.

Didn't bother challenging this as we were too tired but mileage noted when parked and when collected was 5 mile different. Car park is tiny so can't argue it was moving the car!!!

Once again B & G parking were a pleasure to use. Chatty and friendly whilst being thorough on check in and for the return journey were only 1 minute away! Great service. Thanks!

It's the 5th time I've used this facility, just 5 mins from the airport, if you haven't been there before could be a little difficult to find, but the directions are good. The people are friendly and efficient it's very good value for the money

Access to car park limited by single road. Rather scruffy car park but good value for the money I suppose.

The only negative was the lack of signage to our parking facility once we entered the lanes which was not helped by the fact the name of the facility was different to that on the paperwork (it was called p& h). Once we dropped the car off it all went smoothly and it was pleasing that the driver was waiting for us on arrival.

Their site may be touch basic, but the staff were cheerful, even in the middle of the night, and well organised, and collections were punctual.

Trying to find this place in the middle of the night is a chore. Didn't help with a road closure and my satnav had no idea how to choose a detour. Phoned the number on booking form but the man couldn't help either. Eventually got there and found the name was not the same as the booking. Looks like the name has changed more than once, makes you wonder why???

Arrived back at 11.30pm contacted B&G to say we would like a cup of coffee before being picked up; was told it was either right away or would have to wait until 1.30am. The same individual who informed us of this collected us 10 minutes later and then drove like a maniac forcing other cars off the road and causing me to fear for our lives and the young child she had accompanying her. She should have been prosecuted for dangerous driving. Not what I was expecting or wanting after a long flight. Really unprofessional.

The venue was rather more basic than I was anticipating. THey do move your car around because the space is confined so if you don't appreciate that I would book elsewhere. Although off airport, the transfers are quicker than on-site parking. The main advantage is the customer service which is excellent.

Punctual service waited only minutes for the minibus.Polite and friendly service provided. Good value for money will use again.
