This was the first time we had used the service at Birmingham Airport and it worked perfectly. Staff were there to meet us and take the car on departure and the car was waiting when we left the terminal on our return. No hassle, do bus, no waiting.

Sometimes I arrive late in the evening when travelling for business, and as a woman, I feel very safe having the car bought to the main, well lit car park. Also when we travel as a family, with extra bags, push-chairs etc, it is super convenient just to park and walk to departures. My only suggestion would be to have the option to download tax receipt at point of booking, rather than phoning to obtain this after the fact. Thanks!
