After a long journey it was a relief to have only a short walk to get to our car and an easy and cash free exit.

Very convenient for long haul flights out and return. Simple, no fuss entry and exit. Pedestrian exit marking could be clearer.

This was my first time parking at Birmingham Airport with my own car. I have been to the Airport on several ocassions in other transport. However, I was extremely please with the experience, both with parking and the payment facilities. I shall be returning to the Airport at the end of August to pick up a friend, and will again make use of the parking facilities. Just like to say a big thank you for your service.

Disappointing that you have to walk outside to the terminal. Luckily it was dry but had it been raining then you would be unimpressed.

Excellent facilities, very close to the airport. Clean, light and secure. Only downside was the fact that on contacting the staff from the barrier when leaving, clear instructions on how to get barrier raised were not given. We waited quite a long time after being told we could proceed, with the barrier still down. We then spoke to another member of staff who informed us that we had to press a button to retrieve ticket before barrier would lift. Would have been better to have been told this in the first place.

Convenient although did struggle to find a parking space. I also requested a VAT receipt to be emailed to me which is still outstanding. Please forward as soon a possible.

A quick walk across to the terminal; plenty of parking spaces available; clean and tidy car park. Would be expensive if not booked and paid in advance but was excellent value for money when booked in advance through Go Simply.

Very easy to find, really close to airport I did however feel it was a bit expensive, but gave me peace of mind.

Really great value for money, efficient, quick and near the airport departure, couldnt ask for more

For me, having my car parked literally a 2 minute walk away is well worth the money. Although dearer than the long stay car parks (which I've also used before), the convenience of being able to jump into my car and be on my way within a couple of minutes of getting through passport control is well worth every penny. I'll definitely use it again.

Great car park in superb location, clean lifts, good lighting. Let down by the time taken to exit the car park! Although I pre paid my car parking ticked I was left waiting at the exit barrier for 6 miniutes!!

This was a great iidea to book beforehand. Plenty of car parking spaces, easy to find, would recommend this to anyone Mrs Bate

Plenty of spaces, well lit and a very short walk to the main terminal buildings. Could only be improved if it had a covered walkway to the terminal.

bright and clean easy to find with plenty of parking spaces to choose from..and just across the road from terminal 2..

car prk 1 aint sign poste pulled into car park 3 attendant said to use car park 3or pay £ 3.30. had to park on roof, a good 200 metres from terminal. steer clear of birmingham airport. too many road works around. turned out to be more money than expected because we landed at 1.30 am which meant it was an extra day's charge.

Good short term to medium term car park. Cheaper if booked in advance. Machine on leaving the car park needs to be more clearly labelled as to how to speak to someone to give then your booking reference.

Secure and safe. You can walk to the terminal buildings. Instant access in . Finding a space was not a problem Slight delay at barrier going out as very busy exit point
