My Wife and I booked a 3 hour pass for the lounge and it was a great way to pass the time between flights at Newark New York .The staff were all very courteous and helpful the showere facility was excellent and made a long journey much shorter

the lounge was clean and tidy with a good selection of teas and coffee and ample supply of snacks

Stopped off at this Lounge en route from Costa Rica to Manchester. Was the poorest lounge I have used to date. Quite dated, very busy (nowhere to sit for the first hour!), poor choice of food (only crisps or biscuits), no computers (only wi-fi access if you have your own laptop with you). Staff were pleasant enough and choice of drinks was ok.

Food for someone on a healthy diet was limited, however, it was good to be in a relatively quiet place prior to departure on my flight.

Newark EWR. Comfortable and functional respite from the main terminal though limited drinks and snacks, bar popular and noisy, shower facility only in Terminal B, transfer easy but a medium walk away from Terminal C lounge I am reviewing.

Very friendly welcome and a bar with lots of drinks. But just a small choisec of food.

We arrived at the lounge at 1600 and it was very busy, and not easy to find 2 seats together. The lounge was clean and had a few small snacks (fruit, crisps, crackers, cheese and biscuits) no hot snacks. There was tea, coffee and hot chocolate. As I said in the title much better than waiting at the gate, and they announce what flights are about to board, all in all worth the money.

The site is misleading and if you are departing from Terminal B you cannot use the lounge. A total waste of money and bordering on fraud

reception staff could be more welcoming, when discovering we had actually paid entry and were not first class/business travellers. surely we should all be treated the same. apart from that the lounge was warm, comfortable and just what was needed.

This lounge was a lovely, large, and well-appointed space; the separate office cubicles were a nice touch for those needing to work on the go. The lounge was very busy and quite full (as one might expect at Newark)and perhaps this explains the rather cursory costomer service. I was disappointed that there were virtually no newspapers or magazines available (USA Today counts as neither, if you actually need news for your work!), and the snack selection too was very narrow (especially as compared to European lounges). However, the wi-fi worked well and seamlessly, and as the crowds thinned out, the experience became a relaxing one.
