This was the first time we had used a specific Continental lounge and found it to be excellent in all aspects. my partner is disabled and the staff were most helpfull in letting us use the lounge for a little longer than we had booked for. We highly recommend this facility to all customers

Was really looking forward to having a nice place to rest between flights. Quite disappointing so far as food and drink were concerned. Coffee small biscuits and pieces of cheese were all that was available apart from some apples.

We went to the lounge in the right hand leg of Terminal C. We liked the 'secret' location - a doughnut shape in plan, wrapped around and above the large open plan restaurant area below. The facilities were comfortable and relaxing apart from one individual who spoke so loudly and so long on the phone that we just about knew every detail of his life by the end. He must think people would be interested - not a Newark problem, you get these self-important types everywhere!

took you out of the general hustle and bustle of a normal airport lounge and gave some quiet time for relaxation between flights

Only snacks available were crisps and mini crackers and cheese, as my wife is a non drinker this was not value for money by any means, maybe if we were heavy drinkers we would have appreciated drink and no food.

I would like to say I have been in many airport lounges and this was the first time in Newark - I was extremely disappointed on the laxk of food/snacks etc - there was no biscuits, cakes, sandwiches and certainly no bottled water but I would consider booking the service again in February and April

Having spent the entire night in Newark airport, going to the lounge allowed me the opportunity to freshen up and relax before catching my flight.

I was in The CLub in the Newark terminal A - express is smaller than the others, but there were still plenty of available chairs. The cleaning people made a sweep of the room continously to pick up used glasses and plates so it was always tidy. Not much food- apples and crisps, so if you are in need of dinner, get from the terminal and bring in. Considering a tremendous weather delay, overall - a nice experience.

The facility was on par with most other lounges, however the lady at the check desk was not very happy to let me enter on the booking as I was not travelling Business Class on this occasion. This was quite rude as booking had been made seperately to accommodate time between connections. I had travelled for a long time and did not feel very welcome. That said, it was a nice lounge and the facilities were very good, internet connection was strong and reliable.

If you want to experience the hussle and bussle of a busy airport such as Newark then by all means stay in the main airport concourse - however if you want to have some peace and quiet and relaxation then this is the place to be at!

Manchester's facilities are quite small, the Newark experience is more as I imagined an exclusive lounge to be.

The staff at the Lounge had a problem verifying our reservation but after a while although we had the correct accreditation and they could not get in touch with the company who issued the voucher we were admitted to the Lounge where we were treated very well.

Lounge was very busy had to share a table with a family with 2 small children, so not the quiet experience we normally look for. When we went to the desk with our documents it took some time before we were allowed into the lounge as it appeared only one of the front of house staff had ever heard of getting into the lounge without the presidential card. Would not hurry back to this lounge.

When we arrived they were at first unable to find the booking.On entering the seating area there were only upright chairs at the back of the lounge and it was a question of waiting for comfortable chairs to be vacated.The selection of snacks was very limited.
