Very nice and relaxing, only fault would be lack of food choice, not a problem for us as we had eatern beforehand. Excellent choice of drinks Would recommend and use again good value for money.

After the waiting at check in and the queues at security, it's so nice to escape the crowds and the queues and to relax with the newspapers over a drink or two before your flight.The only thing missing was a nice chilled glass of champagne, but then I'd have to pay a lot more wouldn't I?

Due to some building work it seemed that two lounges were added together. This made it crowded. The breakfast food was not that imaginative.

Was lovely to be away from the hustle & bustle of the airport & enjoy talking with our friends without having to shout. Everything was at hand from all drinks & beer's to nibbles & cakes. Lots of things to read & a comfortable chair. Will book again, but next time will go into the lounge where kids are not allowed.

It was great to be able to sit and relax away from the hussle of people trying to get to their departure gate. It was also good to enjoy good food and drink. I was glade to have booked.

Easy to find, very relaxing, quiet and value for money. A very pleasant start to out holiday and would definitely do again.

It did not help matters that check in at the Premium desk took so long, despite being the first to arrive. The Lounge was ok - I definately did not want to join the thronging masses. However, the range of food and drink was rather limited.

I was able to read the newspapers and enjoy chilled wine in perfect peace.

overcrowded. but clean. the receptionist a bit aloof.(two older ladies) they had no clue how some of the childrens games work. There should be some reall food not prepackaged stuff. Not good enough!

If you are a 'drinker' this would be your idea of heaven with an endless supply of free booze. On the food side the supply is very limited.Ambiance not designed to encourage you to linger.

Use this lounge on every visit to Gatwick. Makes flying more of a pleasure.

I found the lounge somewhat confusing to locate at Gatwick. More signs directing the way would help. All in all very pleasant.

Two things kept me from either being productive or relaxing as much as possible. First, the receptionist had a number of conversations, some on the phone, and personal. Her chatting made it hard to sink into my book. Second, there is only one flight board, in the corner of the room. It had to be checked frequently as flight departure came closer.

If you want comfortable seats, away from the crowds, to start your holiday right, then book the lounge

If you are flying short haul,using a Servisair Lounge is a great way of getting the Business Class experience without the expense of buying a Business Class ticket.

Snacks and drinks available were spot on and the view of the runway fab.
