Aspire Lounge serves South Terminal. Airside - after Passport Control through to the Departure Area, follow signs for 'Airline Lounge'. Take the lift or stairs to the Upper Level where the Lounge is located.

Servisair operates a smart/casual dress code (no baseball caps, shorts or football shirts) and expects suitable behaviour from guests. Screens are prominently displayed for flight information and, for security reasons, customers are advised to remain with their luggage at all times. Servisair will not admit single sex groups of stag parties, hen parties or similar single sex groups PLEASE NOTE: This Lounge will close permanently 31MAR15. Alternate lounge access is available at No.1 Gatwick located next to Frankie and Benny's restaurant on the Mezzanine Level.

If placed upstairs then you do not get a view of the runway. I was expecting snacks like crisps, nibbles ect but no. For the price I don't think it was worth & wouldnt book again.

We got a nice welcome. Facilities OK. Good beer and wine and most of all not crowded. No warm food, but OK all-in-all, We look forward to visit Aspire Lounge again. Could have some more power supplies for iPhone/iPads.

The comfort rating was reduced due to the air conditioning/ heating was set too cold. It was uncomfortable to sit around for an hour or so in conditions that were too cold.

Arrived at 9am. Only hot food was soup. No rolls. Lots of dirty tables. Total waste of money

Very good. The only negative is that the food area could be bigger as it was hard to find items otherwise it was excellent & would recommend it

Daughter and myself went into the lounge, and good, really, as plane was delayed by 2 hours!! All self service for drinks and food. Ample choice of drinks and wine, but no wine glasses.!1 Food choice was very poor. Only a few scones, or pre mix soup.!! But comfortable, quiet, and able to relax. Good toilet facilities. Can't remember if there was Wi Fi, but should be. Was worth the money, for the seats, peace, drink etc.

There was not really enough for kids to do and there could have been more choice of food, apart from that it was a nice way to start our holiday

Easy access , we had a party of 5 including one infant and had no problems with seating together at 7am on a Thursday , bacon rolls ,croissants ,coffee ,drinks , all good. Would definatley use again. OK so you you don't see any aircraft out of the windows ,but so what ,seen one plane you've seen theme all. Value for money - yes.

Very busy, had to wait for a table, very little choice in terms of food, after 11am no food at all, little choice of soft drinks good choice of alcoholic beverages Wouldn't recommend for the price
