My Wife and I were due to fly out to the Maldives but we were faced with a five hour delay to our flight. Luckily we had booked the lounge prior to our arrival and thank heavens we did as this was such a relaxing and conmfortable place to spend the hours. It really is good value for money if you like to indulge in a few holiday drinks and snacks. The staff were very friendly and helpful and even let use the TV remote to select what we wanted to view on TV. Highly recommended.

Apart from the excellent facilities provided, it was interesting to be able to view the planes moving around and taking off. I shall try to aim to book flights which will enable me to use the Lounge for at least two hours before flying.

Excellent friendly helpful welcoming nothing to much trouble a comfortable relaxing start to your holiday experince highly recomended to all travellers business or lesuire :)

A light and airy lounge where you can relax away from the hussel and bussel of the terminal building. Staff were very friendley and nothing was too much trouble. A wide variety of drinks to choose from and everything nicely chilled. Our second use of the lounge and definately not the last.

Given the time of day I was using the facility (morning) it would have been nice to see something like a sandwich facility where they could be ordered as required. Everything was cake or cereal related

we have used this lounge in the past and always had a relaxing start to our holiday, but I now find that the seating is to close and uncomfortable, it was kept clean and glasses regularly cleared but I didnt feel relaxed as I have in the past.

We used the Lingfield loung prior to a long flight to India. We had time to relax in comfortable surroundings with snacks and drinks. I was able to finalise bookings ready for our arrival in India. An excellent start to a memorable holiday.

A great way to start your holiday that allows you to relax and chill away from the crowds. Light snacks provided and all beverages are self service and included in the entry price. Ideally located if you want to pop out and have a wander around the large selection of High Street shops now available at Gatwick.

No problems nice to be able to relax and enjoy a drink in pleasant surroundings without any shops to look at,good to watch the aircraft.

Having arrived at the airport I went straight to the lounge. Was greeted by a very happy man who help sort out a minor problem that i had (booking the wrong day!!!!) It was explained to us that everything in the lounge was complimentary. Had a few cans of beer and some light snacks then went for a walk around and back top the lounge. This lounge is a brilliant place to start you holiday, overlooking the runway and very quiet and tranquil. Having booked for myself and my partner I think that by going there I actually saved money as opposed to drinking and eating in the bars in the airport. Overall very good.

the lounge was ok bearing in mind that it is only used in my case as a break between flights ie long haul to short. It gets me away from the maddening crowds for a brief but welcome rest. I really have no issues with this airport lounge.

Always use this lounge when flying from Gatwick. Now updated with more choice of food available. A great choice of drinks both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, all included in the cost. Comfortable seating and a great view of the runway make for a great experience. If you're looking for a sanctuary away from the bustle of the terminal, this is the place!

we booked the lingfield lounge because we had to travel 4 hours through the night and had a ten hour flight in front of us thought we could relax and take 40 winks before our flight but the whole time we were in the lounge an engineer was mending a coffee machine so all we heard for three hours was this coffee machine and didn't get five mins, other than that it was more comfortable than sitting in the airport terminal but not what we expected and was a little disappointed

We booked four adults into the lounge before we flew on holiday. It was an ideal start to the holiday, getting away from the hustle and bustle of the rest of the terminal. The facilities are very good with plenty of complimentary drinks and snacks available. There were also plenty of magazines and newspapers to help pass the time. There's plenty of seating, the lounge is kept nice and clean and the staff are always friendly and willing to help. We'll definately use the lounge again the next time we fly!

its a great start to our holiday, we can relax and enjoy a drink or coffee in a pleasant area, read the paper and wait for the boarding time, staff are very polite and nothing is too much trouble, we travel quite alot now so will use the facility at Gatwick.

Great place, but make sure you have the time to enjoy the lounge - security checks and bag drops take forever!

I have tried other executive lounges and find Servisair provide the cleanliness, comfort and service I require. The staff are efficient and the drinks and snacks are perfectly adequate. A relaxing and pleasant experience.

It is an ecellent value for money and it is a nice place to relax before boarding your flight. It takes the edge off the mad rush also great if you have kids, As me and my partner speny our time in the kids zone on the ps3!

Great selection of drinks and snacks. Good, quiet atmosphere, comfortable chairs, plenty of newspapers and magazines. We will definitely using Servisair again. It adds a new, relaxed dimension to our holidays.
