Due to a flight delay, asked if it was possible to extend our stay by 1 hour. Told it was only possible if we paid £20 each which would entitle us to stay for 3 hours. I explained we only required a 1 hour extension and offered to pay £10 each but they seemed totally uninterested in meeting our needs, the lounge wasn't even half full at the time. Never again.

There could have been a a few hot snacks avaialable rather than just rolls, cheese, and cakes etc and as you were the only lounge available due to building works your staff looked after myself and the rest of my party very well indeed.

The lounge was clean and comfortable but quite busy. The quality of the food was ok - not much in the way of fresh food as it was all packets and wrapped but it's an economic way to spend a few hours at Gatwick

Generally speaking, this was a good choice for us to spend the time between check in and departure. However, on the morning of 10th September, there was only one tea & coffee machine working and that also developed problems at one point. It was disappointing that fresh rather than machine hot drinks were not available. Not everyone wants or is able to drink alcohol prior to a flight at that time of day. There was also only a limited menu of food. Our previous experience in a different lounge, where a full menu was available for the same price meant that we were disappointed in the value for money.

Usually use No.1 Traveller but as this lounge was £2.50 cheaper I thought I'd give it a go. There were no sandwiches, pizza's or fruit and everything was self service. Guess who I'll use next time?

This was our first time booking a lounge and will definately always book a lounge for future trips .It was well worth it for comfort ,food, drinks and hospitality .

The staff were very courteous and ensured that the room was kept clean and tidy however , the Lounge itself was a little 'tired ' looking and was pretty crowded throughout our stay.

Offers very good value for money and welcoming receptionists and easy to find. A quiet oasis in a sea of chaos and the marble cake was pretty good too!

We thought it was excellent value for money. The lounge was very comfortable and a serene oasis from the madness of the rest of the airport. The staff were very helpful & friendly and it was the perfect ending to our perfect holiday. Many thanks to all who looked after us.

It is useful to escape the hustle and bustle within the airport building, and be able to relax for a couple of hours or so in the comfort of a lounge,which has all the facilities you would need to help in preparation before rejoining the crowds to locate your flight.

there was very little choice by way of snacks and the staff seemd to be in a hurry to clear away the eveing food ready for the morning. Not overly impressed with choice of snacks. No fresh foods , all in plastic wrappers

Far too many persons allowed in the lounge which was over-crowded and uncomfortable. Range of food available poor. The lounge compares very badly wwith other lounges we have used in LGW and Heathrow. Extremely disappointed.

The food and drinks were well stocked, the seating comfortable, although I expect numbers have to be restricted as there were not huge numbers of seats. It was good to have a separate, enclosed area for families with children, both for them and for the other customers.

The lounge is a treat for us to start our holiday. We can relax in peace and quiet without the crowds and noise of the airport passengers. We can relax, have a few drinks and chat in comfort. This lounge for us was one of the best that we have used. Light and airy. Thanks for getting our holiday off to a great start.

I think that the main thing that my stay at Servisair Lounge was relaxing. The food was a bit OK, not exciting. But Facilities very clean. Only down point was when asked by member of staff at Gatwick, where I was going, when I said Edinburgh, he said oh thats a shame. I love Edinburgh, so not very diplomatic. But on the whole great.
