Aspire Lounge reviews

I was impressed with the refreshments available. Lots of food snacks and excellent coffee. The setting is also very conducive to relaxing before a flight. I was fortunate in on arrival speaking to two other guests there and ended up having a very congenial chat for about a half hour. The proximity to the rest of the airport is also not a problem as the walk back is about 5 minutes to departure areas. I was very glad of the chance to rest in the lounge for about 2 hours before a flight to Valencia.

Chairs are a bit too upright so can'tcompletely relax. The wine although good was limited for selection. Staff as usual where helpful and very polite at all times.

This was the first time we have used an airport lounge,a great experience ,which we will no doubt repeat on our next holiday,peaceful and relaxing and excellent value for money.

The Aviance Lounge web page gives the impression that there is a lack of flight depature information; this is not the case as there is a full flight departure display in the lounge.

Our party of four people enjoyed our time in the Aviance lounge very much. The choice of food and drink was excellent and the ambience very relaxing. Our only disappointment was the view out of the windows, which overlooked the service roads and was not very attractive.

Will book again as the lounge gave us the peace and quiet away from the crowds we were seeking. The setting could have been better, like the lounge in the south terminal that has an open outlook across the airfield. More screens with flight information would be better as we kept having to get up and go to another area to see the screen.

Having used other lounges this definately was not the worst. However it is no British Airways set up and that is because it costs a lot less.I would actualy like to pay a bit more andd get a better choice of food and drink. A small lounge with little or no outside view friendly staff and quietly relaxing comparedto the hustle outside!

A pleasent way to start a holiday, without the hustle and bustle of the main airport departure lounge.

A great start to our holiday, a great variety of snacks and drinks to choose from. A comfortable and relaxing environment for us to enjoy before our flight. Will definitely use again and recommend to all.

When flying from Gatwick, we normally use the lounge. The lounge is comfortable and quiet, though the seats are a little too hard for a longer stay, for example when your flight is delayed. The snacks and drinks provided are just right and the staff are always friendly.

As above, food and drinks are exellent, TV and papers, and general atmosphere are very relaxing

nice to come from the hussell and bussell of the airport and unwind before the flight and enjoy the comforts offered.

First time for us in the Aviance lounge (usually Servisair at the south terminal). Similar setup but seems to be slightly larger with a better stock of snacks, drinks and even breakfast cereals. Plenty of newspapers and magazines to read and the atmosphere was very relaxed, certainly helped by the fact that no children under 12 were allowed in. Will certainly use the lounge again.

Not necessarily the easiest place to find but well worth it once you are there. The reception staff are very welcoming and helpful.The lounge is kept wonderfully clean and drinks and snacks are continually being topped up. Magazines are available to read. we will be starting our trips like this every time.

Getting through airport security these days is a stressful experience in itself! So it was wonderful to go straight to the Aviance lounge and chill with the morning's papers, have some breakfast and relax for an hour before going back to the madness that is airports and flying! Thoroughly recommend it.

Apon arrival we were greeted with a friendly face and from when we both walked into the lounge we felt relaxed in the quite chilled out atmosphere. Plenty of choice for wine and spirits and soft drinks too. Had a couple of snacks like crisps and nuts and read a few magazines and newspapers. we didn't go to the TV side as wanted a bit more privacy. Al in all a great choice and we will visit this lounge again on next flight from Gatwick

This is a great start to your holiday travel with a welcome greeting from the staff,relaxed quite,comfortable lounge,generous supply of snacks & drink.

A very civilised and relaxed way to wait for your flight to board. Nice to have the peace and quiet, away from the hubbub of the airport. With plenty of complimentary refreshments and uncrowded facilities.

using the lounge was a excellant idea as it was recommended by a friend no hassle and bassle of waiting in the bars etc,no screaming kids driving you mad.it was great i will use it again
