Lovely peaceful way to start the holiday especially if you're doing lomg haul like we did. Everything is help yourself, hot and cold drinks including all decent makes of alcohol. All sorts of nibbly bits depending on what time of day you go in there. Would certainly use it again.

On arrival we were efficiently greeted and advised on availability of drinks and food. As we were early morning it was very welcome to find bacon rolls as we as biscuits and of course as much tea and coffee as required

We were waiting for assistance with a wheel chair and when I spoke to the receptionist they didnt seem very helpful and said they were always late. Infact my flight was closing before I could get any real assistance, they had sent the wheel chair to the wrong lounge which was not the fault of the lounge people but I think a bit more help from them earlier would have helped and not had me fretting over missing my flight and as I had been at the airport for 3 1/2 hours prior to my flight and have never been late for one yet, I have infact used the lounge previously named Ascot 5 times and was not able to use is in November last year as it was closed to be refurbished so we used the Wentworth.

The Lounge name had changed after we booked it so we initially had problems locating the correct lounge. But the location was lovely and quiet and very relaxing. The faclities were clean.

Value for money at the time we booked. Took the bustle of the main lounges away.

We wouldn't fly from gatwick without using the Ascot lounge.Its comfortable and relaxing.theres every drink you could think of.food basically consusts of cheese,biscuits,crisps and cakes.Sandwiches would be nice.Its a brilliant start to what might be stressfull.

A haven of peace and quiet on a hectic Friday morning at Gatwick. Extremely good start to our holiday and excellent value for a stress free wait for our flight. Good selection of foods and drinks. A cool inviting lounge away from the heat & noise of the public shopping lounge and bars. Will definately use this lounge again.

The lounges may not have been as easy to find as we'd thought, but find them we did. We were welcomed into the lounge, with little administrative bother and shown where o find the facilities. Since the last time I used this lounge (many moons ago) it lost it's showers which was no major problem, but the view out of the window was effectively nil - this I thought, was a pity. The snacks were of the pre-packaged variety of pastries, cakes, biscuits, cheeses, nuts and crisps, with ample hot and cold drinks, a very impressive bar and fresh fruit. Some of the snacks appeared to have a light mould growing on them, which was a great shame, but otherwise no real issues. There was a single television showing daytime BBC shows which was pleasant enough, at a descreet volume and - while not mentioned in the listing for this lounge - complimentary wi-fi, however only in a small area of the lounge - ask at the front desk and they will guide you to where the best reception is. A perfect start to our honeymoon, very relaxing and utterly fantastic value for money.

The lounge provided welcome peace and quiet after a transatlantic flight and prior to a domestic one.

I went early in the morning so I didn't get the whole benefit of the great facilities(2 glasses of wine, a couple of coffees and some snacks was enough at 8am)!Tranquil and you are made to feel special.Go for it- you will not be disappointed.

First time booking a lounge prior to our flight. Found facilities good, though a more comprehensive range of snacks would be better i.e. sandwiches.

Overall, I was pleased with the facility that was offered by the lounge, but disappointed on the day that several toilets were out of order, and not many newspapers available. Also, there was a party of four men, who were drinking quite heavily and were fairly loud, which was a little offputting. I would still use this facility again though.

Comfortable with very friendly and welcoming staff. Maybe the option of toast being available would be good but overall a very relaxing experience which I would use again.

Lounge is easy to find and stocked with most drinks. Snack selection seemed dull/limited. Sadly this lounge does not overlook runways so nothing to look out on. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

so glad once again that we had booked aviance lounge,our flight was 5 hours delayed going out ,but we spent the time in relaxed and pleasant lounge with no worries!worth every penny.

If you have time to wait around for a flight make a stop at the lounge,It's well worth it.The staff are excellent and there are no kids so it is nice and quite!

a great way to relax in comfort away from the hustle and noise of the airport its always a must for myself and partner

My elderly parents and I appreciated the calm, peaceful environment ideal for relaxation along with the provision of a range of complimentary beverages and snacks. I am already recommending this experience to my friends and, as a frequent flyer, will certainly use the Aviance Lounge in the future.

It was lovely to be in a calm area,enjoy a couple of drinks. The best thing was not sitting in the departure lounge, just straight to the plane after leaving the lounge. A good experience and a good start to the holiday.

The lounge was absolutely full. There were only 1 or 2 staff in there. There were young children running around shouting ( we booked this lounge because we understood that there were no children before 2pm). There were dirty cups and glasses all over the place. There were no clean glasses at the bar area. No lemonade and when I complained to the man at the desk, he was most unhelpful, replying that he was pretty much on his own so tuff! We didn't pay all this money for this experience. We didn't stay more than half an hour.
