Aspire Lounge reviews

Arrived at about 1030 and found the lounge to be very busy. We found a couple of chairs and had a look around to see what was available. In the hot food cabinet I saw one bacon roll,as there were two of us we would have liked one each, I saw a male member of staff and asked if some more were coming out and was curtly told thats all there is, its soup from now on. We found the food selection very poor compared to the lounge we went to last year and will not be returning.

feel we need copies to take away of newspapers i.e daily mail daily express. Otherwise excellent lounge

Perfect spot to get away from the chaos of North Terminal. Relaxed with newspaper,bloody mary and bacon roll. Perfect start to weekend break.

As this was the first time we had used the lounge we didn't know what to expect.On arrival at Gatwick we found the lounge with ease,recieved a friendly greeting at the desk.There was a nice variety of food and a good selection of drinks.We were a party of four and would most definatley use this service again.

Would have been improved by 1 or 2 hot food items. Not soup. Afternoon visit.

We arrived late so did gain the full experience but I will definitely be booking this every time I travel. No queues, comfy seats in a pleasant atmosphere. I dont wont to say to much as I dont want it to be full next time I go. So horrible stay away.

We liked the lounge food and drink were adequate free wi fi handy toilets very clean shame there was a fire alarm so we had to leave abruptly. Suggestion hot food would be nice and view of runway would have made it better.

Snack food was good also very comfortable seating well worth the money

one thing that was missing that you get in other lounges was savoury nibbles (crisps, nuts etc)

Problem with Toilets on 13th March , should have arranged with one of the other lounges to use their facilities rather than have to go to 3rd floor to use public toilets.

The Aspire Lounge is such a good facility. We had over six hours to spend between our flights, so we booked our time in the lounge so that we were able to get the hot breakfast (excellent bacon rolls) AND the lunch (minestrone soup, and ham salad, with lots of extras. There was more than enough to eat, drink and read. There is a 'quiet area' which we didn't see until we were on our way out of the lounge, but we didn't need it as there were very few people using the facilities that day. We actually were able to doze for a while on the very comfortable large seats. The staff were helpful and pleasant. Well worth the money!

The lounge was very quite when we visited which made the experience very pleasurable, I found the quite corner a good idea which meant there ws a place to work had the lounge been busy.

Would recommend this lounge as this was, by far the best one that we have visited. Very chilled out, relaxed atmosphere & great value for money

Comfortable seating.Good choice of snacks (bacon rolls recommended) Help yourself to coffee, tea and even alcohol. Excellent value.

I'd do this again. Very relaxed. Decent cold breakfast. Sugest something better than Knorrs soup as a lunchtime filler.... J

Enjoy the start or end of your holiday in a relaxed friendly and clean environment away from the hustle and bustle of the shops. There was a wide range of drinks and snacks to suit all palates and it was well presented. The staff was friendly and very helpfull.

I found it s calm relaxing place. The light snack were helpful.we were i through lounge at 5.am. A good choice of papers to read as well.

The experience of the Aspire lounge was the best way to start our holiday. Arrive early book into the lounge, then come and go as you please enjoying the hospitality provided. A far better experience than we encountered on the Spanish return leg!

An oasis of tranquility amidst the bedlam that is departures at Gatwick. The perfect start to a holiday and one which I would happily recommend to everyone travelling through The North Terminal. Thank You Servisair.
