There's 6 common use computers with Internet access. The food is a good variety, main dishes, salads, deserts. Alcohol selection is decent. Considering the prices of food and drinks at the airport bars/restaurants, the admission price pays for itself on this factor alone. There are two private shower rooms with body wash, shampoo, conditioner and towl provided. I've purchased the 3 hour and the 5 hour pass. The 3 hour pass I was there 5 hours and no one said anything. The 5 hour visit, I had to hand over my itinerary and was told my name would be called in 5 hours. Oh, my itinerary was basically a word doc I printed out. I didn't have a boarding pass, the itinerary works fine as proof of a layover with follow on travel. Cubbies for luggage is provided, but not secure. I travel light, my bag follows me to either a lounge table or leather chair. I feel comfortable leaving it unattended while I make a quick pass at the buffet. Restrooms are clean, western toilets, automated water, soap and paper towels.

The selection of food is OK, but most of it not good for international guests. Tables, boards, buffet, chairs, just everything should be cleaned constantly. The light concept can be improved to create a more 'cosy' atmosphere

For those who are money conscious and have at least three hours, this is the place to be. Business class at its best!

Great place to relax, grab a shower, and have a nice meal between flights. Wireless internet works very well with plenty of bandwidth and the seating is very comfortable. I'll be back!

The appearance of the lounge is disappointing the say the least. The was the worst! Cold, old and stale!! The showers, not that clean and no space to hang clothes

Staff at front desk is very helpful, personnel attending to food services and cleanup is very thorough.

My experience was alright. The staff seems somewhat putout if you ask a question or request anything you can't get for yourself. The smoking lounge had inadequate ventilation but was convenient.

Everything you could need. I had trouble logging on the internet...the staff was eager to help me resolve the issue.
