Dubai International Business Class Lounge reviews

Two items, I feel, need to be addressed. Besides these two items my stay and experience was very good. 1. When I entered the bathroom one gentleman was washing his feet in the sink. I noticed the bathrooms offers a hand spray at the commodes but this man chose to use the sink. Maybe a sign posted could prevent this in the future. 2. The showers, when used, run water into the entry portion of the room flooding the floor.

Most of the food needed refilling, The Soups were totally empty and had to wait over 15 minutes for the mushroom soup to be replenished, No teaspoons to be found, overall I felt the staff were not on the ball and it should have been better. My only other experience of an airport lounge was at Gatwick which was far superior. Unfortunately I will not be using this service again

I had a 5 hour delay between flights and the Business Lounge was a wonderful place to relax and dine before a long international flight. I would recommend it to everyone!

Just a great place to get away from the airport scene for a while. Good food and a shower.

The only item I would suggest is the addition of some recliner type of chairs.

My stay in the lounge was very relaxing. It is nice to get value for your money, something that is lacking this day in age. I would recommend this lounge to all travellers passing thru Dubai.

To be able to eat all you like and drink all you like, be it alcohol or not, it is so worth the money! I use Dubai International Airport all the time and once you've seen all the stores, it's so nice to spend the rest of your time waiting on an international flight, relaxing in this quiet comfortable lounge.

It was a little crowded but that was to be expected the food was fine, however all the beer was warm "nothing cold" I think the refrigerator was on the blink it may be a thought to put cold tap beer in, maybe that would keep it cold. Overall it was a good experience and I will do it again, would be much happier if they could keep the beer cold.

The staff was very polite and helpful the internet was fast and the shower was clean and spacious i will be back

Very comfortable, nice selection of drinks, quiet and tastefully furnished. I enjoyed my time there quite a bit.

Excellent service from the staff, especially the front counter person and the tray boys. Nothing was left aside, everything was cleaned up. Nice well kept showers. I would like more american food choice, the rest was excellent. Well done guys.

Large variety of food and drinks, but smoke from the smoking area permeated the lounge, and the shower facilities needed cleaning.

worst airport lounge we have been in, it was dirty, spilled drinks on floor which took ages to be cleaned up, poor selection of food & the toilets were disgusting! Wouldn't book this lounge again!

Very comfortable lounge, not too busy, plenty of seating, internet, newspapers, good selection of food and drink. Staff very efficient, overall one of the best lounges I've been to.

The lounge is confortable with a good selection of hot and cold food. Beverages are also included with a decent selection of white wine, red wine, spirits and soft drinks.. no champagne but that's expected for the money you pay. There are also computers and wifi internet access. It is located in good proximity to most UK flights. As a paid for lounge it is the best one I have been in and better than the one virgin provides you with in Dubai Airport.

I expected there to be shower facilites. Also internet access was limited as only 2 or 3 modems available. A slightly bigger selection of food would also be nice

Well worth the money we paid comfortable and wish we could have spent more time there!
