Dubai International Business Class Lounge reviews

It was nice to unwind after traveling for half a day already and knowing I would be flying for 14 more hours after leaving Dubai. A little food and drink helped prepare.

My only issue is that I was only able to use it for a few hours. All airports should have an affordable option like the Dubai Business Class lounge for travelers.

It was especially nice to have a quiet place to go. I used the shower facilities, they were good. The range of food was also good.

This was my first time to stay at the lounge and I was thoroughly pleased. The food was good the sitting area but best of all I was able to take a shower and refresh myself all I can say is THANK YOU.

For me it was my second time that I used the Dubai international business class lounge. My first stay there was really satisfying and definitely worth the money. Now at my second visit it was still good but there was a lack of food. I stayed in the lounge for around 2.5 hours and some of the nice foods were not refilled during the whole time. But still I would book this lounge every time again if my stopover exceeds three hours.

Where do I start....there was only one bottle of wine (which was warm) that had any wine in it, the other four bottles were empty. Even if the wine had been chilled there were no glasses from which to drink it! There was no beer. The drinks fridges were completely empty. The tea water was cold and the coffee? you guessed it, there was none. When we finally located a member of staff they said they would try and find some more (!!). When they finally brought out supplies ALL the beer, wine and soft drinks were very warm. As for the food.....it was non-existent. There was a fruit section with a few bits and pieces but all other sections only had what looked like the leftovers of what other guests had picked at and did not want. The tables in the lounge area were honestly filthy and had dirty plates and glasses on virtually every surface. I went to reception to ask for a comment card only to be told "oh, we don't operate a system like that". I know why. PLEASE do not waste your money on this lounge, it was truly the pits!

Facilities were top notch. I purchased my pass online and experienced a glitch in the system. I did not receive my pass and went back to complete my transaction. I ended up getting charged twice for the same days stay.

Showers need a revamp and quality of food can be improved. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Free wifi . Clean bathroom. Big choice of drinks more better then to stay in the public area

First time to use your lounge, will use it everytime I have a Dubai layover.

Good location and facilities made for a productive eight hour layover.

First time I have used the lounge, should have done months ago the amount of times I fly through Dubai. Will definitely use again.

Everything was great. One thing that I would suggest. Install hooks in the shower rooms for hanging up towels ect. Also put in floor mats to keep above the water that runs out from the shower. " I'll continue to use this place as it is a great refugee from the airport" R burdick

Nothing to complain about. Great friendly service at an unbeatable bargain. It's all you can eat and drink including beer, wine, and liquer! Just for the meal and a couple drinks alone would cost more at one of the airport resurants than making the reservation with this excellent lounge, but you will pay around twice as much if you walk up instead of booking online ahead of time. Even then, great deal.

I really like this place. Third trip through there in the last four years. Arrived early evening, stayed until about 2200. A little busier during this time than last, but still very easy to move about. Lots of very good food and drink as has always been the case. Excellent Internet. Always nice to take a shower right before embarking on a long journey. Unless you are going to be in Dubai for more than 12 hours (in which case go to the London Crown Hotel near Bur Juman Mall for rest and refreshment), this is, in my estimation, the best choice. It is far removed from the hustle and bustle of the airport crowds. I find the staff there exceptionally kind and very service oriented.

Having travel around the world I found that the Dubai International Business Class Lounge is truly top-notch. I had injured my ankle and the staff truly excelled in helping and waiting on me. The food and beverage selection was world class. I have spread the word to all my traveling friends about your lounge. Thank you so very much!

I liked this lounge because of the great food options, choice of drinks, a lot of free to use computers and the shower facility. Nothing what I missed.

The facility was exceptionally clean and the food and drinks that were provided were both tasty and plentiful. It was matched by a very competent staff who were always at the ready to answer questions or help anyone in need of assistance. This was the second time I used the services at this lounge. Both times I had minor issues with reserving times, however, the woman who greeted my at the desk was so very helpful in accommotdating me. Kudos to all!

Easy to find at the Airport and the price for the Lounge Pass was right and everything that is avalible to you in the Lounge is truely First Class and 5 Star quality. The entire Lounge Staff do there very best to provide quality service with everything that is avalible to you. I would definately recommend this Lounge to any traveler that needs a restful place to stay for those long Airport layovers.

This is a great place for a layover in Dubai T1. The staff are nice, the shower is great, and the food is good. Nice selection of drinks, load or unload. This place is worth the money.
