Marhaba Lounge serves Terminal 3, Concourse B. Airside - the lounge is located on the North side, close to Gate B21. The entrance to the lounge is via a dedicated elevator from Level 3 Departures. Emirates flights only.

My main intention in using the lounge was to be able to have a wash and shave before the next leg of my trip so that I could arrive at my destination feeling refreshed. The quoted cost of 55 Euro for a shower seemed excessive and was sadly beyond my budget. I think this charge should be displayed on your web site rather than just the comment that showers were an additional charge.

The hot food and drinks were plentiful and very nice after a long travel. I was hoping to use the shower facilities but was unaware there was an extra fee for this. Instead, I opted to use the free public showers versus paying. I visited the lounge early in the morning, and it was quite packed. All the comfortable chairs that reclined were already taken. I did appreciate the fast and easy to connect to wifi that was available.

The shower facilities were very good with a large clean changing room and a large shower cubicle.The food was good although we thought it could have been hotter. Value for money was very good as we would have spent considerably more in the open airport in a five hour wait over.

Very difficult to find signage very poor in airport, there should be a map of the airport showing the location of the lounges. I used the showers at the lounge the service and facilities very first class and good value for the extra money charged.

The food could have been re-stocked a little quicker. The hot food could have been hotter temperature but these are minor points and the overall experience was very good.

Faced with a 7 hour transit stop in the middle of the night I thought I would book in and be able to have a snooze in comfort. There were only a few lounge seats which we were occupied and so had to squash up on a chair. I didn't realise that there were hundreds of lounge seats at the Gate so I could have gone straight there and had a good sleep.

Very busy, but extremely helpful staff made my time in the lounge comfortable. Enjoyed the food and WiFi access was fast and efficient. A good overall experience for my first time in lounge.

I booked Marhaba lounge at Dubai Int. Airport online in advance prior to my travel and I found it an excellent place to spend your 4 hours time in a quiet & calm environment. Food items were also good. I could even take a sleep for 2 hours in a room at a corner of this lounge having comfortable sofa which was the best part of my stay in the lounge as it really helped me freshen up myself. I would highly recommend to use this lounge.

Facilities are decent with friendly staff. More loungers needed for some sleep for those passengers with longer stays in between flights
