The staff are friendly and helpful. The lounge is comfortable and well laid out with a sense of spaciousness. I paid extra for a shower, which was great. It comes with a shower kit including shampoo and conditioner, and there is a hair dryer. I think it would be nice if the food changed over time rather than replenishing the same stuff. That said, there was lots of it and it was very tasty. Thank you!

I was struck by the great service and having the waiter bring me a fresh, cold beer even before I had finished the first. Very comfortable and restful place to land for a few hours.

I was looking forward to staying at the Lounge, but didn't get to use it because my flight got changed! I could have used a shower before I got on the next plane!!!
