Dubai International Business Class Lounge reviews

Too many kids running around to really relax after flying and the food was not hot enough, just warm. Not very happy with the experience.

Money and time would have been better spent in one of the nice restaurants.

Using the facility for years. For the first time found the bathrooms not really dirty but broken, literally broken and unkept potty seats. Even the standard of cleanliness has decrease. Sadly! We can do with more massage chairs.

I had an 8 hr layover and purchased the 5-hr pass. It was nice to have a good place to sit and relax. Much better than in the regular airport. The food had a very wide variety and there is plenty to drink, non-alcoholic and alcohol. There are two showers but I didn't use them. It appears towels are provided but not soap. I did find the toilets in the main airport to be cleaner.

More comfortable on a long layover than sitting at the terminal. Variety of food and drinks. I use it every time I fly through Dubai.

It's comfortable enough. It could use more charging stations for phones and laptops. .etc. I notice a lot of kids. Maybe a kid friendly room with toys. All in all, a good place to relax before a long flight.

The staff is friendly, Storage for larger items as I wait in the lounge, The showers are clean and roomy. The staff has towels on hand at all times. The food is great and chairs are comfortable. Always time to print my boarding pass and check emails with the computers there.

I alway have a grear time and a great value. I always recommend the Business class lounge to all my work colleges.

Good for food & shower. Fairly quiet but announcements over the loud speakers in the lounge doesn't help with sleep. The chairs are fairly uncomfortable.

Took a while to find it (about 40min from our depature terminal) but it wasn't a problem becuase we had a 9 hour layover. Food and drinks were great, as well as being able to have a shower. Chairs werent the most comfortable, but was much better than sitting in the general airport! They were very strict on the 5 hour time limit, but we were able to pay for an extra hour.

We put couches together where we could sleep quite well. The bathrooms and showers were not amazing, but being able to shower felt great. Take some shower slops with though. Towels were provided which was great. And the food was quite nice.

-Putting the prayer room directly across from the men's toilette seems disrespectful. It would be better to put the prayer room in a more privileged location. -There was no explanation (or attendant nearby) for the use of the showers.

Service was very good and we had no issues with that. However, the facility was open at the top, so ALL of the airport noise was loudly disturbing from within the lounge. The seating was only moderately comfortable, but adequate. Food was very nice. Drinks were ok, although it would have been nice to have had the beer on a tap instead of cans.

Good value for travelers not traveling on a business-class ticket, but would like a comfortable place to lounge while waiting for connecting flights. Good food, clean and safe lounge,efficient staff.

Whenever I travel I use Dubai International Business Class Lounge, I enjoy and I feel very pleasant

Good food and a wide selection of alcohol to chose from. My only complaint was no alcohol until after 8:00 PM I believe because of Ramadan.

The lounge is a great way to relax and get things done between flights.

Lounge is comfortable and relaxing with pleasant atmosphere and good food.

Quick and simple booking. A value for the short international layover. If you have time to plan, bring a cheap pair of shower shoes if utilizing the shower facilities . They are not provided by the lounge. I'll use again.
