excellent service, shower food drink service much appreciated during a long flight

Excellent value for money, I will certainly be booking the lounge again next time I pass through Hong Kong.

Good after a terribly long flight to have a shower and relax - especially if you have kids. Bit pricey though.

The lounge was a comfortable retreat to while away the time between flights. The toilet facilities were inadequate though for the number of guests and the showers were out of action when I visited. Overall it was fair value for money.

After reading various reviews ranging from excellent to not so good I have to say that I am firmly in the excellent camp. The place did not get to crowded and the showers, although you had to book as there are only two, were good and clean. I went in had a beer a bite to eat and a shower. It was comfortable and as I said was just what was needed. Would certainly use again and recommend.

I had a 5 hour stop over in Hong Kong, en route from London to Brisbane. The lounge was a tranquil haven that I enjoyed so much on the way out, that I repeated the experience on the way home. It was recommended by a friend who has had a sincere thankyou now I have returned. Just one comment, any chance of British newspapers? I am not a fan of the U.S. press, but did enjoy the Chinese ones.

Food is free but you pay for alcoholic drinks. Free wi-fi but it's slow at times, toilets not as clean as I would have liked.

My experience was probably the same as many others. The lounge is fine. Slightly busy late in the evening when lots of flights depart but still enough room. Food was quite good. It's a shame that "premium" drinks were only available from a cash bar. This seemed to include premium beers (e.g. Stella Artois, San Miguel) as well as wines and spirits

We have used this facility before and as always, the facilities are excellent. It takes the stress out of travelling and I always feel that my holiday begins as soon as I enter the lounge. The staff are excellent, quietly ensuring that all your needs are met. A most enjoyable experience. Thank you. Mrs Pam King

The lounge was a very busy place when I visited and I was disappointed to find only beer available in the included section, this was unsuitable for my wife whose preferrence is wine. The meals and snacks were fairly unappetising and the facilities very ordinary. I would not recommend this lounge.
