We wanted to obtain a shower between 9pm and 1am but none availed as their are only two showers. Can not book on line Food acceptable and plentiful, lounge is clean comfortable and quiet. Value for money would book again

On entry, we were told that the toilets and showers were not available as they were undergoing refurbishment. If that was the case,we did not get value for money (we had purchased on-line). They should have temporarily reduced the entry price.

Had to wait for 2 hours for showers which was a long wait. Food was ok but a bit lacking in choice. Lounge quite crowded with big families.

I found the lounge to be a great way to relax before our 14 hours flight. However for me one of the main resons to book this lounge was the given oppertunity to take a shower. You needed to make a reservation to use the shower upon check in. However at check in it became clear that there where only 2 showers available. For all the people that wanted to take a shower before their flight, a lot of people however did not get the change due to the long waiting list. I really enjoyed the lounge but is in need of more shower facilities.

A good comfortable facility that was very busy with a good range of food and snacks.Only pity was that you had to pay for wine and beer, though to be fair you knew this when you made the booking.

It is very confusing as to which food or drinks are actually free (a lot aren't) and the food that was at the back buffet was all VERY Asian type food that didn't seem too fresh. No-one advised us that to have a shower you had to put your name down on a long list at the front counter (only one male and one female shower), although when we finally got our turn (20 mins max allowed) it was an excellent clean facility with all the products, towels etc you could possibly need. I would probably use it again just to have that shower.

Was very easy to get to from arrival terminal 1.The food was great but some people had to wait up to two hours for the shower.I got there at half seven and only had to wait half an hour.They only seem to have a couple of showers and they had moled in them(not very clean and also very small.
