all the facilities where fine. Beer included but wine and spirits had to be paid for

3 hours of comfort ,a shower,great food in top class comfort left us able to face the second half of a long haul in the austerity of cattle class.

We only had an hour so it was a bit rushed but all I really wanted was a shower. when we arrived both showers were vacant but not ready for use. (They werent dirty but wet towels all over the place and had obviously been used by someone.) I requested a shower at the front desk but it took them half an hour to get a staff member in there to clean the bathroom. Not good!! And about the food. Most people in the lounge were anglo and I suspect most of them, like us didnt want chinese food for breakfast.Also there was nothing gluten free available.

2 visits in HK over a month. Food and drinks fairly limited selection. No toilets in lounge area! Although close by, a serious omission. No one available to serve me alcoholic drink on first visit had to stand and wait. However, staff, on the whole, tried to be helpful and not an unpleasant experience.

A time to relax, have something to eat and drink, use the internet facailites and have a shower before a long flight. Didn't even fell like we were in the airport for 2 minutes even though we were there for over 3!
