I booked and paid for via the internet 5 hours stay in the lounge at the airport in Beijing before flying to Warsaw 29.08.2012 LOT morning.I arrived from Hong Kong to the terminal No. 2 28.08.2012 and had a ride on the terminal No. 3.LOT position was closed and I could not get a boarding pass for the flight. Unfortunately, I did not know that the lounge is behind the security lines, so I could not use the lounge. I informed the employee lounge by phone.

Enjoyed using the lounge, one point though, after using the shower which I presumed was available for all guests I was continually followed into the toilets by a chinese cleaning lady, what she thought I was doing in there I'll never know, but I think she was instructed by reception to follow me in there, I thought it was very odd, so beware!

the showers were clean but hardly any water came out making it useless, and this was really the only reason I booked into the lounge. The public showers would have been much better (which I ended up using), and the airport also has free wi-fi all over as well. not worth booking in at all.

I had a 5 hour layover in Beijing and the Bgs Premier Lounge was exactly what I needed. I was able to have a shower and started my layover completely refreshed. I was able to help myself to food and beverages, and access the Internet to let my friends and family I was safe, and to catch up on some work. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. I left my mobile phone in the lounge when I proceeded to the gate, and they managed to get the message to someone at my gate so that I could go and collect it. If I were to have another layover in Beijing I would have no hesitation in using Bgs again.

Difficult to find and I was expecting more than one (male) shower, a bit shabby. Luckily no-one else wanted one at the same time. The towel was not really adequate. The sole female shower was apparently very good, and the towel was better. Nowhere to lie down and sleep, but a lot more leg room than on an aeroplane. Food and drink was quite good; probably could have consumed quite a bit, but in the middle of two very long flights I din't feel like it.

The lounge was clean and provided a good shower which was welcome after a long flight. There was ample seating area and which provided a nice quiet area to wait for my next flight. The selection of food and drinks was somewhat limited. Overall the lounge provided good value for money and I will use it again in the future when in transit in Beijing.

Long haul flights are exhausting so it was ideal to be able to relax for a few hours in the comfort of this lounge.

Spending 5 hours in this lounge was an excellent way of relaxing before my next long-haul flight. The decor and setting, food and staff were first class. A very pleasant experience.

Lounge was super bright and comfy (much more so than the old lounge) no beds which is a shame but super clean hotel type shower and more food and beverages than you can shake a stick at!

The lounge is quite big and it wasn't too crowded. But not much selections with food compare to other lounges in Hong Kong, India or Singapore. But they do have a shower facility in case you want to refresh yourself before or after a long flight. It's has wifi but no desktops were provided.

The lounge is fairly comfortable, but the food is disappointing -- very poor selection. Good selection of liquor. Power points for laptops are extremely sparse. Showers were unclean, and no hot water!

It was very refreshing to break up a long journey from New Zealand to UK at this lounge. We were able to shower, towels etc provided, snooze on luxurious sofas and snack on delicious treats The attendants were helpful and polite.

Becasue of your lounge, my family from now on will definitely fly Air China when we regularly travel Stockholm - Sydney. Our family with offsprings is divided 50-50 between the two countries - so there will be many customers for you. It is a very long wait between flights but that is no problem when we can go into a lounge, without this option we would continue to fly European airlines as before. Also, because food on Air China is well reputed to be the worst on all airlines (it is a fact!) it is very good that you serve very nice light meals.

The lounge was great and an excellent way to spend a 6 hour stop over in Beijing. I would definitely do it again. One of the things I was really looking forward to after a 12 hour flight was to have a shower - however, the women's shower although clean and with toiletries and towels provided, didn't really work properly. The shower head was large with many holes, however, all but one was blocked leaving one stream of water and a few very small sprinkles - made it somewhat difficult to have a proper shower - the drain also didn't drain quickly enough leaving me standing in a pool of water - a little bit unhygienic. Nether the less, the food, customer service, cleanliness, comfort and atmosphere in the lounge were very relaxing and enjoyable. I would highly recommend the lounge.
