Overall, our stay was good. The room however, was very noisy and very warm. Not a good mix when you have to be asleep early for a flight the following morning.

We found the hotel basic and in need of some upgrading, but if it is just to lay your head down before your holiday it would be fine. The village/town is a short walk and is well worth a look as there a some good restraints, we found an Italian we would recommend. The parking was fine and the transfers went ok, the receptionist at Airparks was rude and not helpful at all she had no patience and treated the customer very badly her attitude had a lot to be desired. This is the second time I have used this hotel and service and would use them again.

I arrived there the night before, good customer service. I had problems trying to find the airparks on my sat nav so the staff did all they could to help and got there in the end and in the morning checking out consisted of dropping the key at the front desk and leaving. I was so impressed with the service I will definitely be using it again. Thank you.

The hotel is only 15 minutes from Airparks. The transfer takes about 15 minutes. If travelling in rush hour give yourselves extra time to check in as Manchester airport security takes longer to get through than other airports.

Room was clean and comfortable, airport transfers were excellent and we would certainly use this hotel again.

Great value for money - when we were checking out we noticed that a 'walk-in' price at the hotel was £120 - but we pre-booked our room for the night and 15 days' secure parking all for £88!!!

The hotel was very nice, the room was small and extremely hot; would have benefitted from some air conditioning. The main problem was that with it being an airport hotel and people obviously having suitcases and luggage with them it had no lifts and to get to our room it was up and down three flights of stairs which with a heavy suitcase was extremely inconvenient. The leisure facilities were great and we made good use of the lovely swimming pool. It was good value for money and was a nice start to our holiday.

I would not use this hotel again. Firstly, it was a nightmare to find, then having chosen the hotel for the convienience of the on-site parking, we were told at the check in desk that the hotel car park was not secure and they didn't advise that we left the car there! They said we could take the car to the Airparks site which was a 45 minute drive away (it actually only took 20 minutes but we still had to get up earlier and allow 45 mins!). The room itself at the hotel was very basic and much like a bad b&b, and the cleanliness in the bathroom left a lot to be desired. All in all I was disapointed that in my opinion I didn't get what I paid for - I only live just over an hours drive away from Manchester Airport but we chose this option so we wouldn't have to get up so early (we had an early morning flight), and so we could relax on the night before a long flight in the knowledge we we only 5 mins from the airport - instead I was awake all night wondering if we would get up the next morning to find the car had been stolen, and if not whether we would be able to find the Airparks car park and not miss the flight! The hotel cost £88, and I could have booked into the Airparks car park independently for £48 - I seriously wished I had done that and completely bypassed this hotel.

Claims to have an award winning restaurant. Not sure what the award was for. Wouldnt dine there again.

Good value in an excellent location, close to airport and with choice of local restaurants.

We were given a smoking room- despite requesting otherwise. The bed was very small and looked pretty grubby, and there was a very noisy birthday party being held at the hotel the night we stayed- the music was blaring and could be heard clearly in our room. This went on until 12 midnight- and we were up at 5.00 to catch a flight.

Staff were rude on arrival and very unhelpful throughout the stay. The restaurant was closed and limited snacks available from the bar. Luckily restaurants were only 5min walk away. Asked for wake up call - had a flight to book in for, which we didn't receive. Not a particulary nice atmosphere - didn't seem to be any other residents around.

Excellent service; great transfers to and from airport and speedy pickups.
