Good clean hotel in good location for the airport, however we waited a long time for a bar meal.

There was no bus stop at the hotel, which meant a short walk uphill with luggage to the Holiday Inn Express. All buses were then full, which resulted in our having to walk to the terminal with heavy luggage.

Not great - requested a wake up call at 2am and didn't get it - luckily had set my own alarm on my mobile - phoned reception to query what happened - no answer - went down and eventually someone came!!

The hotel and food and service were extremely good value -parking too far away-but otherwise ok.

We were under the impression we would leave the car at the hotel and stroll to the airport. The additional 30 minute journey we had not included for meant we nearly missed the flight. This should ideally be highlighted in the advertisement. Other than that everything was really good. I would do it all again !

They advertised that a shuttle was available to the airport but it was not pointed out that you had a 10 minute walk to the stop for the shuttle, and you had no idea when they where going to turn up, so at 6am I had to walk to airport which is not good for a female on her own. On arrival I waited at the front desk until the receptionist decided to take notice of me even though she knew I was standing there. No one to take case up to room and very expensive for what the room was as it was also cold as no heating had been put on. Over all not impressed.
