Car parking sorted but early departure for airport takes 10 mins to negociate barriers etc, Unfortunate that lift in car park out of order and you park up 10 flights!

We found this hotel to be ideal for our purposes, walking distance from the centre of Luton and within easy reach of the airport. We'd certainly stay here again for future trips.

Poor service, no bar staff, everything took ages, trainee left on own to cope, told food stops at 10 so ordered at 9.30 and heard chef screaming to trainee to F off as kitchen was shut!

We have used this hotel twice in 9 months and on each occasion the lift was " out of order". The car park is on the 5th floor. The communication phone just rang and when urea bed the exit barrier it went onto answer phone fortunately the barrier raised . Poor communication at airport where taxi firm did not know rendez vous was not in use because of snow and delayed us in the cold for 1/2 hour.

We arrived and parked on the top floor only to find the lift did not work so had to carry our cases down 5 floors, the manager was very nice and gave free drinks as a goodwill gesture.
Rooms were very clean, food was nice and got 20% off for dining at the hotel. In the morning we had a real problem with getting into the parking lot to get our car because our details had not been passed to the parking security to enable us access. Took about 15 minutes to get sorted out and the staff were apologetic.

1. We were unable to park in the designated area becuase of a gate fault.
2. The car park lift passenger behind us had to call the emergency services.
3. The car park lift was still not working a week later.
Despite these problems we were pleased that we took the option of a room and parking combined.
