Hotel is fine and would use again. The night shift staff on that day had a lot to be desired. She argued that I had not picked up the phone when the call was made. There was no call. Surely knowing you were to catch a flight a little more effort to wake you would have been reasonable to expect.I then arrived at the exit barrrier had to reverse go back to reception to find out how to get out. I was told the code is on the door. Like I would have known to look their.

Very reasonably priced accommodation with the free use of gym, jacquzzi and pool. Well located near motorway exits and close to local attractions and town. Friendly, helpful and professional staff, this made a good start to our holiday!

Unfortunately we didn't get to use the gym/pool facilities due to our late arrival and early rise. However, staff were lovely, there was a harvester pub a couple of minutes drive down the road which we went to of the evening. The hotel was approx a 10 minute drive to airparks ready for our flight from luton.

Although a short distance away from the airport you only had a 10minute drive to the off site airport car parking. The bus transfere was quick. We checked on the location of the parking after we arrived at the hotel to ensure we knew where to go early in the morning. Would recomend and would use again.

the parking was the most stressful part of the week.. Fully automated of which nothing worked..when parking the instructions were to scan your paperwork,a label would be dropped to attach to your key,BUT you had to reach onto of the machine for a label which was out of my reach..
On return, scanned the ticket but couldn't get my key as the machine was jammed..took 20 mins for staff to come..my car was not parked where they said it was..and in the end they found it just before l was about to phone the police and report it stolen!!! Then getting out the barrier was stuck which took another 20 mins to get someone to open it..all told...1 1/2 hours to just get out of the car park. Definitely would not recommend this again

Hairdryer broken in bathroom. Only one towel for two of us. Sounded as if window was open all night as could not see how to close it - even though it appeared closed. No offer to carry up bag as my husband is partially disabled (although hates to admit it) so I had to carry bag along long corridor up/down 4 steps to room. As we left at about 4am, it would have been nice to have been offered complimentry croisants in room for breakfast as we did not get breakfast at all.

As the hotel is within 3 miles of Airparks, it was convenient, particularly as we had an early flight in poor weather conditions. One extra advantage (that the hotel would not advertise !) is that there is an excellent Indian restaurant 150 metres from the hotel.
