Found the hotel to be clean and tidy, staff were friendly and helpful. Thought the price was a little bit expensive, limited tea and coffee facilties in room was poor, would recommend for one night stop over, but not for a longer period.

The hotel - a non smoking room that stunk of stale smoke, unhelpful rude staff and delayed check in. Having to pay £5 for parking at the hotel overnight when we werent informed of this before. The check in staff just shrugged and stared at us silently when we asked why. The summer special parking was good - quite quick and easy and the coaches were frequent. Staff were a bit grumpy though. All in all would rather get up at 2am and drive to the parking than stay at Ramada Plaza Gatwick again - I recommend you don't stay there.

The Hotel room was a good size with all mod cons And the transfer to the Airport was quick.

Hotel was modern with a decent bar area. Dining room meals were fairly pricy, but bar meals were OK. Swimming pool was very good. Parking was good apart from the fact that the bus only went from the South terminal - we flew from the North terminal so there was an extra transfer faff. Overall - good value - we'd go again, but the transfer could be smoother.

Our experience at the Ramada Plaza Gatwick was fine. We were pleased with our room and the meal we had at the restaurant in the evening was excellent. Would definitely use this hotel again.

Hotel staff helpful & friendly, especially the leisure facilities young man. The parking was fine, again helpful staff and car easily accessable on our return. Would use Hotel and parking again.

Simple & clear website, easy to book and confirmation emails followed quickly. I had change car details; telephone was answered quickly and change made without fuss. Hotel lived up to expectations and more; large bedroom with plenty space even after extra full size beds for kids. Hotel bar comfortable for watching the rugby and kids loved the pool. Great value buffet breakfast on special offer at £7.50 adult and kids ate for free. Couldn't find this deal on any other parking site. Would recommend Simply-Hotels to anyone interested in saving money on parking and will use without question for next trip.

Hotel with a great atmosphere, first rate amenities and excellent fitness facilities. The airport transfer was simplicity itself and the buffet breakfast is well worth a visit too. Overall, a truly relaxing pre-holiday experience.
