Only gripe,unsure which stop to get transfer back to carpark.Ended up going down & up asking bus drivers which stop we required. Not fun with kids & luggage after travelling all night.

Everything you would expect from long term parking. Might be luck, but buses always there exactly when we were. No waiting.

Dropping the car off was very easy - we caught the coach straight away and arrived at the south terminal within minutes. Our return journey was just as quick and the coach driver was very helpful in relocating our car and dropped us off at the right coach stop (we hadn't made a note of our coach stop before we left) - I definitely recommend Long Stay Parking and will certainly use this service again.

Bus drivers both ways very helpful, especially the one late at night who dropped us personally to our stop as we wee the only ones on bus at one time. Difficult to see directions for buses coming out of terminal, we were constantly searching for the courtesy/ long stay buses. This needs to be clearer.

we followed directions which you stated to put into sat nav,no gates!!to go through,so followed written directions but our printed ticket i couldn't read correctly and it said BAA not BCP parking,by now we were running out of time for our flight,so decided to park up and if we were in the wrong car park we would have to pay again,there was someone to ask when we came home (in the daylight)but gates stating credit cards or payment no already7 paid. we would consider using you again but PLEASE make things clearer for in the dark hours,then we would have set off on our holiday a bit less stressed.

Easy to find. Prepaid booking and number plate recognition on arrival provides a no hassle entry and exit. Very close to terminal and lots of shuttle buses.

We arrived mid afternoon and did not really see any parking staff except the guy who directed us into the carpark. The bus transfer was good and the driver waited for us to get on the bus as he realised we had taken the last space and said that we would have to wait about 20 mins for another bus! very kind and friendly bus driver!!

Lack of signs and help on return to Gatwick meant that it was a real hassle trying to find the transfer bus departure point. Airport staff either didn't know or kept sending us in the wrong direction. Not a great way to finish your holiday dragging around a load of luggage late at night. Otherwise, the service was good!

Cost was reasonable for this on airport parking. Staff were friendly, and the carpark secure and well lit. Would use again

Checking in system is very straight forward, not having to sign in and book in keys made it a lot easier and quicker to transfer. Bus was at the bus stop on the transfer out and a short ten minute wait on the transfer back after our holiday. Even though we flew from the North Terminal which meant we had to use the monorail from South we still found this less fussy than when you have to sign in and leave your keys etc so would definitely use this option again.

As long as you remember your ticket and check where to get the bus back to the car park this is a very good system.

Overall this is great value as it is one of the cheapest options available if pre-booked online and about half the price of just turning up, very convenient and the bus service got us where we wanted to be quickly. Top tip - write on your ticket where you parked in the little space provided and then DO NOT lose your ticket - saw someone having a nightmare as they couldnt find their ticket and couldnt remember where they parked. Not a great end to your holiday at 3am!

Excellent service with frequent buses to and from the car parks, so no long waits which was especially welcome considering we were travelling with young children.

On arrival for the first time signage was lacking there appeared to be a shortage of spaces but that was not the case. Other than that and a slightly longer than expected wait for the return coach all was well.But please make a note of your parking place and bus stop so that you know where you parked your car some people hadn't and expected the driver to know!!

Directions easy to follow, found a space not to far from a bus stop. Less than 5 minutes to wait for bus, at 5am. Return trip equally as prompt but had to endure a tour of all the car park area as we were in the 'G' zone. Check out problem, my car registration had not been forwarded with the booking so the auto gate asked for a very large payment! Reversed back to kiosk were attendant sorted the problem promptly. This was the 4th time we have used Long Stay South but 3 years since the previous visit, the service has improved with better lane marking and new surfaces laid. I will certainly use this facility again.

Always use this service,quick and easy to get to airport and no trouble when coming home after a long flight.

The pre-pay option with number plate recognition is good, as there is no delay. The ticket you are issued with at arrival is the same one you use to leave with no adjustment inbetween.

This was fantastic, little confused by directions in Gatwick to find way to coaches on exit from the terminal and which bus stop to go to. Other than that it was dead easy and was on my way to next destination really quickly with no hassle and having paid in advance just straight to barrier and off!

This was one of the easiest parking systems we have used. It was an excellent price and parking was easy. We got straight on a bus on both directions. We will check the price but will use them again
