I would recommend this car park, transfers were frequent and quick both ways and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Easy to book, easy to find. Transfers coaches very regular. All in all hassle free!

A couple of criticisms. 1. When we arrived at the bus stop on our return we waited for about 20 minutes for a bus, which was very disappointing. 2. Our car was in F block. It took ages to drive around to reach the exit and felt like we were driving in circles.

Very easy to park, although road works in the site made leaving a little more difficult.

Car parking lanes and exits need to be made more visible. Confusing on arrival if you don't appreciate the difference between Long Stay and Long Stay Plus. Several drivers found themselves at the wrong car park. More & better signs would be useful. Leaving the car park was confusing with little illumination and few exit signs. Coaches to and from terminal were frequent with little hanging around. I would use this car park again, mainly because of convenience and cost.

Couldn't be easier to find just come off the M23 and follow the signs for the Airport and the Car Park is clearly signposted. Good security and helpful staff every time I visit

Crr park extremely close to the airport & easy to find. The buse were frequent & the drivers were curteous & helpful. This is the first time we have used this parking facility, but it won't be the last. Great value for money.

no human interaction, just drive up it reads your car reg number and gives you a ticket. Grab the regular busses to the terminal. When you get back just drive to the exit stuff the ticket in the machine and leave.

Car park is right on the airport so very quick transfer, very convenient and simple - also well sign posted to get there.

It's good to park 'on site', and to keep your car keys! The transfers were quick and easy.

Very friendly staff, easy to use booking facilities and directions are easy to follow to the airport.

Hassle-free, and cheaper than the £9 per day drive-up fee.

this was our first time flying and the car park service was first class easy to park easy to find in and out it could not be ant easyer

Car park close to South terminal, well signposted. Shuttle bus waited for us to get on befor pulling off, and only took 3 minutes or so to get to the terminal. Return journey also easy, driver polite and helpful.

Easy to find off the M23, plenty of pick up points and transfer to airport took just 5 mins.

Car park well signed, easy to find, and instructions received were clear to follow.

Good one. We just missed a coach as we got out of the car, and the next one was along in a moment. Plenty of room, nice and easy. We've sometimes used off-site parking elsewhere in the past: my daughter commented this time that it was really quick, and why don't we do this again? All very straight forward.

All good except the driver coming back to the car park was difficult to understand. He mumbled the car park stop number and "did anybody want it" otherwise he would carry speedily past it and we didn't, initially, know which stop it was that we wanted. But was great to be so close to the terminal.

This is the first time that I have parked my car at the airport and it was such a simple task I dont know why I haven't done it before!. The cost is equal to the cost of taxis both ways from my home & having the car just made the whole experience much easier & booking on line was so quick & efficient as was parking & transfers to the terminal.

I am not good at navigating but found the car park with no problems. With NCP you know your car is safe and entry and exit very simple.
