No problem finding a space to park at 4.30am, but wonderful to see the bus waiting for us to take us to the terminal which was clean, bright and fast. On our return we found no problem finding the bus stop with our parked zone indicated on it (others waited at a redundant stop!) bus came along in 8 minutes, again, bright, clean and fresh within 10 minutes next to our car.....now if only you could do something about the traffic on the M23!

The car park was easy to find and parking in the car park was easy. Bus transfer to the terminal was quick and efficient. Returning to our car after our holiday was simple and we only had to wait about 5 minutes for the bus outside the terminal. Leaving the car park was slightly confusing as neither exit was signposted for pre-paid customers. Apart from that I would recommend this car park to anyone flying from Gatwick South Terminal. Excellent value for money too.

I will always use the long stay parking, staff are always willing to help. I feel it is the best way to travel knowing your car is safe and you don't have to depend on other people.

The only bad thing was the unclear signpost from the airport to the bus stop, we spent 5 minutes waiting at the wrong stop and was then directed by the airport staff to the wrong end of the car park.

We have used the long stay south parking before and have found it just as good this time. we would definitely use it again in the future.

Unfortunately we left our vehicle keys on the transfer coach on the way to collect our vehicle. The staff were both helpful and efficient in facilitating the recovery of the keys in a short time.

Apart from myself parking in the wrong area and so one bus passed us, arrival and departure went withoutt a hitch. Close to airport, very good value and I felt safe leaving my car there. No delays, will certainly use again.

It was well worth it in that it was easy to return and just drive off rather than wait for train. Very sound organisation. Kiosk guy needs to learn please and thank you!. On the whole simple and efficient.

great location. easy to use. 10 minute wait for transfer bus. on return same efficient service. if you want quick efficient service with quick close transfer, go for these people. If you want a personal service then it's probably not for you.

We have used other car parks but never found them as sinple to use as 'Go simply'. Number plate recognition is efficient and dead easy to use. On a holiday the least people you encounter, the better, doing everything elecronically means you can think about the holiday and not parking the car as it all happens so. so easily. 'Go Simply' take the stress out of parking and I will certainly use them again. Thank You. David Patuzzo

Really easy to book on line and same price as some of the off airport parking. Good directions to car park and good instructions for arrival and departure. We were clearly directed to available parking spaces on arrival and only waited a few minutes for a transfer to the terminal and on our return maybe waited ten minutes. Overall a good service which we will use again.

It was the first time I used airport parking and it was easy to book, instructions were easy to follow. The Airport transfers were quick and easy to use. The staff were very helpful.

On our return to the car park i had a flat tyre :-( I managed to drive the car to customer services where a very helpful man helped my partner to change it. Excellent service.

We booked in advance to park at the South Terminal Long Stay for one week and were really happy with the choice. The car park was secure, very close to the departures terminal (less than 5 mins by bus) and the buses run very frequently. We were delayed by 5 hours on our return and even then had no issues and no additional payments were required. A little more expensive than some of the parking options but well worth the extra.

very good service at a resonable price. WE left the country with no worries about the security. Will do it again when next travel.

Buses ran regularly, despite just missing a bus, the next one left 4 minutes later. Good experienmce would recommend

a brilliant service, i lost my booking code it was great to get the reminder a few days before.

The location is extremely easy to find and park in. Transfers are regular and drop you off directly at the terminal. Unlike trains or buses, you do not have to wory about what time you arrive back, because the car will always be there for you to drive straight off.
