On site airport parking only a few minutes walk from the terminal,a little dark for my liking and in a quiet area of airport,value for money on the special offer price paid.

I could not have any closer to the terminal, great parking facilities.

I booked an extra day by mistake and tried to change it on line but nothing happened. When I arrived at the parking, the entry machine did not recognise my credit card giving me an anxious moment. When I returned to Prestwick this was cleared up at the parking desk.

the car park desk could be highlighted better. the girl who served me could have been a lot friendlier.

car park was not marked as the confirmation letter said but this was resolved straight away on arival

On arrival back home we were very disappointed to discover our battery was flat.By the time I had reported this to the appropriate office in the terminal building and walked the short distance back to our car, a young man I think was called Andy was close behind with a battery charger and we were on our way to our grandson's 16th birthday very quickly. Many thanks for such swift and courteous service.

Good service would have liked better instructions as to how to get ticket stamped when when coming home. Spent TIMe looking for desk.

Found it a little difficult at first to find out exactly where Cap Park No. 1 was. Whe I did find it I was a bit surprised by the walk I had to the terminal, but it would be OK if I was healthy. Couldn't find the information desk for the car park at first but eventually did and received great assistance from the young girl there.

Although close to airport I thought signage for pedestrians was poor. This resulted in us walking up the road ramp to section E. Otherwise OK

Arrived, no problem parking plenty space and right at Airport, on return picked up ticket, staff excellent all in all great facility. Regards Brian Reid
