The whole process of booking, leaving the car and collecting it on return from holiday, was uncomplicated and efficient. There was no unnecessary paperwork to worry about. Everything worked smoothly, even though the return flight landed near midnight. No unpleasant surprises or challenges. Easy and good value.

It was car parking made easy. A pick-up point at the railway crossover, would be useful. That is at the bus stop close to the entry and exit gate.

Carpark nearly full.Had to park at far end.Long walk.Glad it was a dry morning otherwise it would have been awful.

I found the long stay car parking out to be excellent and extremley close to airport

Arrived at entry barrier, gave code, parked car and in airport building within a few minutes. On return, similar hassle-free experience. Would recommend this car park.

apart from the short walk from the car to the covered walkway it was great and easy acess to airport

The only problem with Car Park 3 is the distance from the terminal when travelling with luggage and a large family - other than that, everything was smooth

the lighting could be better - I felt very vulnerable in the deserted car park and lighting could be better

Very helpful staff so that no problem if you make a mistake about the parking procedure. Well lit, open carpark with lots of space for manoeuvring your car.

staff where very helpfull as my printer had run out of ink and could not take a copy of my details just my booking number

Although more expensive than others, the easy access and no fuss, no waiting for transfer transport means that car park 3 will be my preferred option when flying from Prestwick

On arrival, the barrier machine did not recognise my credit card. I took a ticket in order to park and was concerned during my trip what hassel would await me on my return. Would I have to pay again to retrieve my car and embarque on protracted correspondence in order to receive a refund? In the event I stumbled on the small and inconspicuous office in in the Terminal where your representative validated my ticket saying tha this was a regular occurrence!

As we were leaving at 5.30am we did not see any staff and found it very easy to get to the airport and on our return we found it quick and easy to get to. Will definately book this for future travel.

Perhaps put on the ticket that it should be taken to the desk in the airport for validation on return. Maybe it was and I didn't register that fact - don't think so though. The desk staff were extremely helpful and efficient once I had gone there. Thanks!

.........since I was away five days I thought mid-stay ideal, rather worried when I had to go to the very furthest row before I found a space. Also, instructions to 'give booking number to attendant' totally misleading, as there was no attendant. You should instruct customer to go to desk opposite car-hire desk where the attendant will give you an exit card. I should have been absolutely furious if I had followed your instructions and had to go all the way back to terminal.

The car park is relatively close to the airport but not close enough to walk in inclement weather. We ended up walking because no shuttle bus arrived from the period we parked the car to when we had walked with our luggage to the exit. Current improvement on signage is required.

We were instructed to go to car park 4, which wasn't well sign posted at the 2nd roundabout. When we arrived there was a poster to say that car park 4 was closed and we were to park in car park 3 instead. Luckily we were in plenty of time, if this had been someone that had been more strapped for time could have been a real inconvenience. Apart from that the service was overall good.

We found the driver of the returning bus very offhand and unhelpful. The lady driver on the outward trip was very pleasant in comparison Unless you are fortunate enough to find a space near the entrance to the carpark, the extreme end is quite a distance away in the rain in particular.

Excellent service, easy to follow directions to car park and very helpful staff especially Charlie at Car Park 3. We were upgraded to Car Park 1 as our original booking of Car Park 4 was closed. This was right at entrance to Airport. Couldn't have got any closer, Thanks!

on leaving car park ticket did not work and was requesting more money.Had to go and look for attendant to explain we had already paid by debit card.She had to radio someone at airport to lift barrier and it was about ten minutes before we wre able to leave. We will not be using this car park again.
