There were no problems at all regarding our car parking. Within a 5 min walk to airport, no bumpy potholes, lighting excellent. Park with peace of mind. Highly recommended.

very grateful to have parked long-stay within walking distance and so to have avoided waiting for transfer bus to more distant car parks in the cold at midnight

Affordable, easy to get to and very convenient for the terminal building at Prestwick.

Felt the car park was too far from terminal when i read on here it said that car park 3 was only 5 mins from terminal but had quite a trek especially when we came back as it was after midnight.

It was so simple to book a car parking space. Logged onto their website, typed in dates, paid via Credit Card, printed off my receipt and voila done. Couldnt be simpler and cheaper too. Excellent no hassles no fuss - just what you want.

I accidentally left driver's window open and when I arrived to collect car a week later the open window had been sealed until I could close it electronically. Despite heavy rainstorms in my absence on holiday, the interior of my car was in perfect condition. Well done. Many thanks.

Car Park 3 - Easy to locate, short walk to airport via train station, probably would'nt want to do it alone at night though. Booking instructions confusing as told not to take ticket but on arrival at barrier was told to do this, although on leaving it caused no problems. Almost triple the price of similar stay at NCP park at Edinburgh airport.

Some places even though they are slightly further from airport, but with transfer the ar park is not as big and there is no walking. With this big car park, I have walked quite far to reach my car as well as heading over to the airport.

We were met with a very friendly attendant who made our process easy. As was instructed we validated the ticket on our way back and walked to the car. The walk is more than you may imagine with luggage but perfectly do-able. thanks you turned something potentially complicated into a simple part of the journey.

When I arrived the booked carpark was full apparentally I was upgraded to a closer car park would have been useful to have been informed of this beforehand

There is no obvious method of validating your ticket, or matching it with your booking. Therefore you have to try and exit the car park and communicate through the intercom to an assistant. However there is no information advising you to do this.

Only thing I would improve on is the surface on path to airport - provided a challenge for wheels of suitcases :) thanks

When I tried to exit the car park at the end of my trip, I pushed the "phone" button at the exit barrier as instructed. The man who replied said my booking number was not valid, he was expecting some 5-digit number instead. He eventually let me out when I told him my name and registration number.

The only issues of note were: 1.Access to the covered walkway was via the adjacent rail station and the signage within the station, in both directions, was inadequate. 2.Finding your vehicle on your return to the car park is made difficult by the lack of positional signage. There is a need, particularly at night, to have location specific signs (Area A, B etc). Trying to find your vehicle after two weeks when you think it was 4 or 5 rows on the left from the front of the car park, can spoil your return. This is made worse when your outward time of day and return time of day are different.

staff were quick to respond when arrived and leaving. we walked to the airport in minutes

Slightly costly for one week stay, but otherwise easily accesible and simple service to use.

Very easy getting in and out of car park. Just press button before barrier and give your reference number so very quick. Short walk to terminal building. Easy to find a space. Definitely use again.

Instructions and directions were clear and precise , accessing and exiting car park was quick and simple ,and plenty of spaces to park. Made sure we didnt have any stress additional to the usual travelling concerns.

Very easy to find as sign posting is good. Plenty avalible spaces and an easy to use intercom at the barrier made entering and leaving simple.
