Please ring the car park telephone number provided in your confirmation email when you are approximately 20 minutes away from the terminal to confirm your arrival time. Drive to the Short Stay car park, collect a ticket at the barrier, and proceed to the drop-off/pick-up point in the car park. Present your entry ticket to the driver, who will be holding a board displaying the Drop and Go Parking logo.
If you will be arriving more than a half hour from the time you stated when making your booking, please ensure that you ring the car park on the above number, so your driver can be waiting for you upon your arrival.
departure
Once you have collected your luggage and cleared customs, telephone the car park number provided in your confirmation email to inform your driver and receive instructions for collecting your vehicle.
During peak season, your driver will meet you in the second aisle of the Short Stay car park.
If you have a disability, please be sure to inform your driver, and they will deliver your vehicle to one of the disable bays in the first row of the Short Stay car park.
If your return date changes, the car park requires at least 24 hours' notice to ensure your vehicle is ready for collection.

Any repairs will be carried out by a garage selected by Drop and Go Parking.

The best way to get to Norwich Airport is by using the A140 road from the north and from the city centre. Norwich is accessed from the A140 from the north and south, and from the A11 from the west of the city.
- Head north out of the city along the A140.
- At the airport crossroads, turn into Amsterdam Way towards the airport.
- At the first roundabout head straight over, staying on Amsterdam Way.
- Follow the signs to the Short Stay car park.
- Take a ticket at the entry barrier and meet your driver, who will be holding a Drop and Go sign, at the arranged meeting point.
