Please ring the car park number provided in your confirmation email when you are approximately 20 minutes away from the terminal to confirm your arrival time. Drive to the Short Stay car park, collect a ticket at the barrier, and proceed to the drop-off/pick-up point in the car park. Present your entry ticket to the driver, who will be holding a board displaying the Drop and Go Parking logo.
If you will be arriving more than a half hour from the time you stated when making your booking, please ensure that you ring the car park on the above number, so your driver can be waiting for you upon your arrival.
Once you have collected your luggage and cleared customs, telephone the car park number provided in your confirmation email to inform your driver and receive instructions for collecting your vehicle.
During peak season, your driver will meet you in the second aisle of the Short Stay car park.
If your return date changes, the car park requires at least 24 hours' notice to ensure your vehicle is ready for collection.

All Drop and Go drivers are comprehensively insured to drive all vehicles on a public road. All vehicles are parked at the customer's own risk. Drop and Go Parking will make good any damage to a vehicle caused by the proven negligence or wilful act or acts of its employees, subject to the following conditions: Any damage must be reported before the handover of the vehicle is completed. Any repairs will be carried out by a garage selected by Drop and Go Parking.
Lorries, vans, mobile homes and caravans are not accepted.
