Not having to worry about the car while on holiday because of the secure parking facilities

There is one thing that would make things easier for clients, the Car Park paths are not disabled or bag friendly when walking from the Terminal. More ramps leading to the main car parks would be helpful, as not all of us wish to wait for the buses from terminal to car park. The pass card to exit the car park didn't work first time and the help button didn't work, so I had to make my way back to the car park office to ask for assistance. However, staff were straight out to assist and let us out from the barrier with little delay. I would certainly use your company again.

Very easy to use the distance from the car park to the main terminal was so close we walked it with our cases when we arrived back. The bus service was very frequent and easy though. The only problem we encountered were other drivers who hadn't validated their tickets prior to driving up to the barriers, leading to a frustrating traffic jam while they sorted their tickets! No fault of the car park though!

Very close to the terminal, plenty of parking, excellent drivers and very helpful. Would definitely use again if using Newcastle Airport.

This facility is vast but I had to drive around for 15-20 minutes before I found a free space. Many sections are marked with signs to indicate free spaces but they are not there, these signs are obviously not kept updated. Electronic counter signs would be the way forward and with fees of £40 per car upward, it would seem that this company could afford to upgrade to these. I will be using Park and Fly again in future as there is no hassle at all and everything is so much easier. The only advantage I can see of using Long Term Parking is the fact that you can keep your car keys with you.

Straight forward and uncomplicated. Fast transfer. Just as it should be.

As always easy to book and to use. Very friendly and helpful staff in the ticket validation office. Safe and secure with helpful coach transfer if needed.

Used this long term parking many times before. You can use a local private car park with courtesy shuttle bus much cheaper, but for the convenience we find it is worth the difference

Couldn't really figure out the link transport, but it was close enough to walk anyway. On return staff was help-full when the gatepost did not recognise my ticket and did not return it so that I could present it at the customer counter.

Used this carpark a few times now - being so close to the terminal with the frequent buses and pick up point outside the main exit doors, it saves a lot of time. Have always felt our car is secure, the staff are all friendly and efficient. Other sites are cheaper, but when you have spent £100's on a holiday it is worth it to be back on the road home so quickly. Plus if you have a delay enroute a quick transfer into the airport might be crucial!

Exceptional customer service;on line booking is easy, on arrival the staff are helpful booking in, and with exiting the reception, just what you need when departing or leaving an air terminal, the staff displayed genuine attention to any inquiry and replied with accurate information along with a sprinkling of local 'charm', thankfully no signs of having being on patronising 'training course' I usually drive to and from Europe as a first choice, I will think twice now, the convenience and the value is a definite bonus.

got there early mornin.parked up and on bus to terminal in one minute.you cant beat that.on return i didnt have my paperwork but man on reception sorted me out striaght away.all in all very happy

I have used Newcastle Long Stay many times and it always works fine. The only point I would make is to do with price - it keeps going up, and you eventually get to a point where it is cheaper to use taxis even if you live 25 miles away. That could explain why the car park was so under-used over Christmas.

little confused when arrived due to our voucher showing different wording than on the sign, luckily a member a staff arrived for work and helped us. staff very friendly then and on way home as we had been held up for over an hour due to mislaid...then damaged luggage.

It was easy to locate the Long Term Car Parks. They are safe and secure which gives you peace of mind. Transfers were quick and they often.

The reduced car parking fees through pre-booking were easily earned. At checkout of the carpark some problems were observed with other users of the system. Nature of their problems cannot be confirmed.
