They parked your car, straight on the minibus, after we returned it was one phonecall and they were there, picked us straight up and the car was waiting for us when we got off the minibus - perfect

Thought everything was spot on n wud use the car parking again in the future .also value for money

My car was spattered with mud when I got it back. Also, there was an empty McDonalds carton left on the dashboard.Not good enough!

This car park is on a par with most of the car parks for Newcastle Airport

This was the cheapest parking I could find, but it gave a really good service, no waiting around, drop key, transfer bus was waiting then on the way back the bus there waiting. They get your car ready for you so it's sitting waiting for you on your return. Completely hassle free.

We left our car at reception, got straight into a bus and into the airport. From arrival at the parking to check in could not have been much more than 10 minutes. Returning, a 2 minute wait back to our car which was at reception ready to go.

Very happy with the service and the price. Will use again and recommend to others. Only criticism was the appearance of the Transit van used to drop off and pick up. Could have been cleaner (sorry!). Maybe that's one of the reasons the price was as good as it was?

once picked up to come back there was an awful smell of exhaust fumes ,mini buses could do with tidying up or newer ones purchased even driver commented on this

Booked last minute,found it easy,took straight to airport 4 minutes,on arrival I rang and a guy turned up in to meet us to take us back to our car

from start to finish there was no hanger around, very efficient and professional service.

The park was relatively easy to find with directions provided. The transfer was timely and the driver very accommodating. Although the price we paid for one weekend was a bit steep, in my opinion, it was the cheapest of them all so it was good value for money too.

Have use this service a couple of times now and have only had great hassle free experiences both on dropping car off and being collected on return, will use again.

Never used this parking before and wont be using again,desperate makeover require of both buses and office. Staff could be more professionally dressed and not wearing dirty tracksuit bottoms and teeshirts. Upon return our vehicle was covered in red dust, windscreen required washing before we set off for home. Always used airparks, facilities much better regarding transport, staff and parking.

I can say with absolute certainty that I will use Callerton Parking again. It made airport parking so easy, quick and convenient. The staff are really friendly and the service is very reasonably priced. They take your flight number so they can watch for when you are getting back and if there are any delays they already know. We dropped our car off and were in the airport within 5 minutes. When we returned, we called the office to ask to be collected, we were back in our car within 15 minutes. No messing about, quick and easy. If you need to park at the airport, Callerton Parking is the place to do it.
