this service was easy to book online,well signposted at the airport safe location for car,easy instructions to get ticket.close to terminal and safe and secure location for our car. The only disadvantage was difficulty finding a space as it was full up and cars were parked on verges and pavements.

just a little hickup....car reg was'nt recognised, had to press for help,gentlemen that answered was very polite, asked for booking reference number and barrier was raised, collected ticket for return. We made a note of row and colour but on return we could'nt find the car. We had wrote row 9 red area,went up and down several times, then realised it was actually on row 8, but there was no number 8 shown.there was only 9 then 7 , which was a bit misleading. Did'nt take us long to realise though and was no big issue.

Short walk from car park to terminal(5min). Easy to drop off passengers and luggage before going to car park. Car park on door step of terminal and also en route so easy to find and access.

i booked online for few days stay and i didn't get any problems with entrance or leaving only to find a place on a car park take time

close enough to walk to the airport, but within the grounds. was easy to gain entrance and to exit the car park. good value, would use again!!!

Great location right next to airport although had to drive around for ages trying to find a space ( would be good to have an allocated space

My first experience with airport car park. Excellent and straight forward experience. Easy to find and no problems with entering / exiting. One point to myself: next time accommodate extra time for finding a free space. Definitely will book again.

iPark is well signposted, easily accessible to the airport and safe for your vehichle. Book in advance to save on the price.

As a first time user, I was a little apprehensive about using the car park. I needn't have worried. We pulled up at the entrance and the barrier opened within seconds. Finding a parking space was straightforward. I thought the exit route could be better signposted, but that is being a bit picky. all in all a good experience and one I'll repeat in the future.

I used the 'Recommended' operator of this car park which was a new operator. Unfortunately the automatic number plate reader didn't work and the barrier didn't automatically open. I had to ring the buzzer and received help from a nice man. He manually , remotely, opened the barrier. Everything else was ok - I had to arrange with the office to ring the buzzer on the way out. The staff were very helpful. Next time I will use an operator I have used before, in the same car park.

What is helpful about iPark service is should you find yourself in any difficulty there is a telephone number should you wish to ring up regarding any query,or if your actually on the iPark itself a very helpful office staffed all hours,all in all a very efficient value for money service that I have previously used and also recommended

Entering car park was no problem, but on our return, just as the barrier was rising a pedestrian took a short cut across the front of the barrier and must have broken the beam. The barrier stopped rising and reverted to the down position immediately. It took a while for someone to answer via the intercom. They could not locate us on their system either by reference number or car registration. Just as things were starting to get fraught they found our booking by using the surname-barrier raised! So use the car park but always have your booking ref to hand.

Seamless parking right outside of terminal building, its all you need.

use ipark most times never had problems .get ticket from barrier park up holiday return to car put ticket in barrirer to get out .never seen any one walking round carpark checking it but i surpose it has cctv ?. although i gave it 3s on the rating never had to speak to anybody from customer service,and there are no facilities at carpark.could do with covered walkway to airport although it has never rained on us if it did you would be soaked by the time you got to airport

The system was very easy to use with the number plate recognition and the car park was very close to the airport. Best airport car parking I've used!

Pulled up to barrier, took ticket barrier opened and we found a space. It was a very short walk to the terminal. On our return we simply pulled up to the barrier again put the ticket back in and we where away. I don't think it gets any easier than this!

Price was OK, 1/4 the price of the flight. Otherwise, great service, parked really close to the terminal with only a 5 minute walk. Will use again

Easy to use on site parking with number plate recognition on entry and easy ticket machine exit. Would cost more to get to the airport in a taxi even from local areas. Fantastic value for money convenient parking.
