We arrived early and our reg number wasn't recognised but we pressed the help button and the man at the other end told us exactly what to do and everything was sorted out. Nice to hear a friendly voice. Thank you iPark!
Booked online two days before - did not recognised car reg.
Paid £26 for two days - not a great value for money. It is interesting how the pricing model works, regardless if you are staying two nights or five.
On return, could not get out, rang telecom, no answer for five minutes, queue become massive, no one could get out, rang up two numbers provided on confirmation, 'offices are closed, please call Monday to Fri...' A bit of a disaster, parking security came by chance and let all people out.
