The iPark was easy to get to and only 5 minutes walk to the terminal entrance. There was no problem in obtaining the ticket at the gate or exiting. The only problem seemed to be that everyone was using it and when we arrived it was difficult to find a parking space. Some drivers were using grass verges

not sure how to rate staff as I did not see any and did not need any assistance it was so simple to use

Booked at really short notice ,2 hours before flight want sure what to expect.What i got was a first class experience and will not only use again and again i will spread the word.so close to the terminal

More or less next to the terminal, very easy to use, and easy to find.

Good price and easy to book. Easy to find and no drama's at the entry barrier with instant recognition and entry to the car park. 5 minute walk to the terminal (bit rough on the way back due to the horizontal rain) but apart from that no issues.

Very straightforward process with no problems at all - and it was also best value for money.

We arrived on time and there was an attendant already there who was very helpful. The barrier did not automatically go up and I had to speak to the person on the intercom and gjve my reference number. There were no other issues. Pleny of spaces to park and very close to the airport. No problems on the way out. Would definately use them again.

Easy entry to car park with registration recognition. Good sized parking bays. Very close to terminal. Friendly and helpful staff. All in all good value for money.

I was disappointed with the service I received. The whole point of parking in the iPark is because it is next to the airport terminal. When I arrived at the car park entrance, initially I was unable to gain access as the barrier would not lift. After pressing the intercom button, the barrier was eventually raised, but I was told I would have to go to the ticket kiosk to obtain a ticket to exit the car park, following my return flight. I accept that this was not a massive inconvenience, but it still prevented me going directly to my car, thereby compromising the convenience of staying parking at the ipark (convenience for which I paid a hefty fee i.e.£33.99 for a Friday to Sunday stay).

-You can keep your keys -You can take a leisurely 5 minute stroll to the terminal (no shuttle needed) -Clean, secure and easy to find Used this car park on 3 occasions and never had a problem This car park is what makes Liverpool airport such a joy to fly from!! The only reason I didn't give 5 out of 5 for value for money is because I would always like it cheaper no matter what the price ;)

All went smoothly. It was a little further from the airport than I expected but I was walking with a 2 yr old. There were trollies in the car park to use if you wanted to use them. We arrived and departed during the day so I wasnt aware how well lit it was but it did seem well maintained and secure.

Was easy to book, amend my booking, park with lots of spaces available. Picking up the car was easy too. Totally hassle free.

it was so convenient, and so close to the departures and arrivals.we would definatley use this car park again.
