The car park is very easy to find and is 5 mins from the terminal building, there are regular bus transfers to the terminal which do not get overcrowded. Car park sections are very well signed with only a very short walk to the bus stops. Very well priced for convenience and proximity to terminal

Although my wife & I arrived back in the UK at some unearthly hour our driver was friendly & considerate, which is in stark contrast to 'some' of the Airport security staff.

Very convenient, easy to find and good transfers. However, we had problems getting into the car park with the credit card we had paid with, had to swipe it a few times so hope not charged for each swipe! When we tried to leave the car park the barrier wouldn't go up at all - the angry queue behind didn't help. We had kept the booking details in the car and rang the number given but there was no reply (they did ring back a couple of hours later but we were home by then so not a lot of help). We finally managed to get hold of someone at the car park and they finally sent a man in a van to check our paperwork and let us out. They told us it happens a lot!? All in all a very convenient and easy to find car park but could have done without the 50 minutes delay to get out.

when i arived it took an hour to reach the airport we had 20minutes to wait for the bus the 30minutes for him to let cars through the barriors because they were not working properly then on our return journy wee waited 30 minutes for the buss and 40 minutes at the bariors for him to sort cars that still could not get out it took nearly two hours to get transfurd to the car park at the price i paid i expect a better service

Unfortunatley my car wouldn't start on my return and as a loan female waiting in my car for over 1.5 hours, I was suprised that none of the coach drivers asked if I needed any assistance. I appreciate it wasn't dark and not in their job description, but it would have been nice to know that some body was keeping an eye on me.

One big problem was when using my card which I used to make the booking like it says on procedure for the barrier, exiting the car park on departure it gave me a receipt for 39 pounds so I've had to phone BCP and explained that I'd pre booked and was told they'll look into it and a refund will take 10 to 14 days to process.

The car park is easy to find and pay for, if prepaid, using your credit card at the gates. Parking spaces are okay with a short walk to a bus stop. Don't put your bags upright on the bus as they will fall over as the driver swings around corners. So long as you don't display valuables you should be okay as the thieves have lots of cars to chose from. The price compares with the surrounding private security car parks and I believe it is overpriced - about £10 more per week than Robin Hood. However my car was there and its windows were intact on return so I guess it fulfilled its purpose.

It was very easy to find and very well organised. I would not hesitate to use the service again.

plenty of room to park , transfer was prompt & there was shelter in case the weather was bad, good value for money, would def use again if flying from Leeds Bradford.

Booking and transfers were simply. It only took a few minuets to book on line. Transfer to the airport was efficient with a bus every 10mins. Staff were helpful and polite will definately use this service again

Was very busy when I parked but as I was in Zone 8a did not have a problem. Those in zones 3/6 had to be left as the bus was full. Hopefully it will be addressed, when busy more buses will be running.

So simple to book;park and transfer to and from the airport.However, I thought the price was a bit expensive for mid September

A bit annoying having to go to information desk to get out. Apart from that, fine. Better value for money booking on-line.

This is a large car park and is used by a lot of people, so it is important to note where you left your car by the section numbers or you could spnd a lot of time going up and down the rows of parked cars looking for yours. The transfer bus is frequent and only a short time to the arrivals entrance. Each pick-up point has a covered bus shelter for rain or wind protection.

We had to drive around to find spaces, it might be better to allocate parking or areas by date.

Would use again, was a bit of a squash on the bus with all suitcases tho

only one bus appeared to be on duty with limited spaces for sitting down, no standing allowed. some travellers had to wait at the bus stop on our return for the bus to come back for them. fortunately it was a warm evening.

The directions to the car park was good, the credit card entry worked well, the bus stops were identified and the driver reminded passengersto remember their pickup point.We had no delays waiting to be picked up either way.

Only problem was on exit after my holiday the barrier would not open using the same debit card as used on entering. T he first attendant would not open the barrier because the confirmation slip showed the reference code but he would not accept that as no card details were shown. Thus i had to get the bus back to the airport for them to authorise the exit.
