We've used you twice now - no complaints, excellent service.

Perfectly straightforward! We arrived approx 5.30am, but it was all open and working as if in the middle of the day.

The professional, pleasant service provided by our mini bus driver gave us a happy feeling to be going on holiday, a smile and cheerful word made all the difference, the same applied on arrival back in UK, despite the early morning collection the service was well organised, quick, no waiting around, and best of all the staff were pleasant and welcomed us back, nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Well done and all round efficient service that we will most certainly be booking up for next year.

Trouble free experience, despite relatively early check in time. Car ready on return - would consider "washing" service next time. Thank you.

The car park was easy to find and very professionally organised. The transfer coach was waiting for me and everything went very smoothly both outbound and inbound I can definitley recommend them to a friend or relative.

There is not much you can elaborate about parking a car, but the experience was hassle free!

Buses run regularly. Mini bus waiting at airport to pick up on return even though flight was delayed. Very close to the airport only a matter of minutes away.

Found the Sentinel car park staff really friendly and there was no waiting for the transfers despite my alteration of my return flight. I would certainly use for Leeds Airport again.

Easy, convenient and value for money.

The service was excellent, literally a couple of minutes from Leeds Airport. Vehicle waiting to take us straight there and already waiting for us when we got back. Would definitely use Sentinel Security again and have already recommended to friends.

You have to use Sentinel Parking or pay more at the Airport. Whilst their service is adequate but very basic a more professioal approach is needed. i.e. Whist waiting for the transfer the phone rang, an answer machine answered that the operator was busy on another line; whereas he was outside with the cars. This begs the question what do you believe when they do answer the phone? Also the transfer bus seats were very uncomfortable.
