saves relying on family and friends for a lift to and from the airport.we have used this parking before and we have now booked again for next week, it takes all the worry out of travelling

we had a very good experience the only comment i would make is that on arrival at gw airport we telephoned and were the only 4 people waiting but by the time the bus arrvd many more people had arrvd and ther was a free for all that was not nice, surely you could take note of who is being picked up andthe driver should havea note to work from as the was a poition i would not like to be in again. i also got a quote for my next holiday 27th june til 21st july and was quoted £55 is this your best quote? e wilson

The road that leads to the parksafe is poor quality and not well signposted. the parking area and parking space are adequate, The coach was a bit cramped and sounded old. When returning i was lucky to be droped near my car but others had to walk the full length of the carpark to get to there car. the price was overall good value

We were pleasantly surprised; it was nice to use our own car and NOT hand the keys over, (we would not have used them otherwise.) the transfers were quick and efficient. It was much cheaper than using a taxi.

Welcomed on arrival: confirmed name, length of stay, flight details. Given a card with phone number to call when we arrived back and had collected our luggage. Told where to park, bus was waiting to take us to airport, 5min away from airport, dropped off right outside airport (was picked up at the same place). When we got back,after collecting luggage, we called the number we where given, bus was outside where it dropped us off, waited a few min until every1 arrived then headed back to car park. Dropped off near car and given a coin to get out (which i felt was a good safety percaution) Car park has good security, is well light and has good ground surface. Overall a fantastic service and well worth the money.

The staff at the entrance to the car park welcomed me by name when I opened my car winmdow on arrival, which gave a very professional feel to the service.

Overall we were satisfied with Parksafe. The price was very good and our car was safely parked while we were on holiday. However, we were allocated a parking space quite far from the waiting room and had to walk with a buggy and all our luggage over rough ground in the pouring rain. There was no ramp into the waiting room so we had to carry heavy suitcases and our baby/buggy up the stairs. There was no indication (or staff) in the waiting room of how long it would be before the transfer coach would be. It was also very cold and dingy. However, we didn't have to wait too long and got to the airport on time for our check-in.

Overall service was quite reasonable. Would have preferred if either the bus dropped you off at your car or had your car ready for departure rather than dumping you at the reception area and leaving you to lug your cases across the car park and back to your car.

We would use this car park again without hesitation. It was good value for money and the site was well lit and secure. Staff were friendly and helpful. Directions to the car park were very good.

The only failing was the directions provided were terrible - required three stops to ask local people how to find the Parksafe Glasgow.Perhaps this could be looked at!!!

Check in very quick and efficient by friendly staff. Given a parking space so no driving about looking for a space. Transfer bus came to the car so no struggling with overloaded bags, buggy and child.

We found the facilities with no problems whatsoever following the directions given. We were worried as we were running late but neednt have paniced as we were in the airport within about 15 minutes from arriving at the carpark. Excellent service with friendly coach drivers and a convenient service where you get dropped off very close to your car. As frequent flyers from Glasgow airport we would definately use this service again.

after being dropped off at airport discovered that we had left something in car , phoned parksafe & it was no problem to pick up one of our group & take us back to pick up item .

Excellent service. Our car battery was flat when we arrived back. Someone was with us immediately to jump start the car and we were on our way in no time.

It is a little bit out of the way, but the directions are good, and you could phone staff who very helpful with directions. Transfers were waiting for us as soon as we arrived both ways.

'Exactly as it says on the tin' I have returned yet again. Excellent value for money by booking direct with 'Simplyparking.co.uk', and cheaper than booking direct to the site. very good value for money, very close to the airport, the transfer was a bit scary going to the airport due to the speed however a good experince thanks

I could not fault this company in the slightest, along with then and Direct Parking (which I used the last time I flew to London) I think their service is fantastic and not only that their staff are professional and courteous, will recommend to anyone. Thanks Lisa Harvison

1st time I have used this particular car park and was quite impressed,booking in was quick and simple you did not have to get out your car, parked car yourself and the mini bus was waiting for you where you parked your car. You also keep your own car keys, which I think is a good idea as you are safe in the knowledge that no one can use your car. We travelled the 1st week of march

This is a very reasonably priced car park facility. Transfers to and from the airport was good,between 10-15 mins. The car park is well lit with 24/7security and I would certainly use it again.
