This was excellent value for money, the parking place was very easy to find and we were 'shipped' to the airport without any wait. The return journey however, was not so quick. Maybe it was because we arrived at Glasgow airport in a thunderstosm having just come from 26 deg heat and sunshine.

Bus waiting to take us to airport, only a 5 minute transfer. Unfortunately couldn't locate the freephone to arrange the bus to collect us on our return. However bus arrived within about 10mins of requesting pick up. Car was ready and waiting to put our suitcases in and drive off.

Although the parking area was in an out of the way spot, the welcome etc along with the transfer to the airport were very good. On return, despite phoning my arrival, the first bus filled quickly and was unable to take some of us. We had to wait a considerable time for another one. Price was, however, very good.

Efficient service on arrival...only minutes from the airport - almost instant transfer. Collected at the same point as we were dropped off - and within ten minutes of contacting the car park on our arrival. No real complaints - very good price for the service we got. Parking surface didn't seem great at the entrance/exit point but didn't get to see the main parking area surface. Staff were helpful and friendly.

We had some difficulty finding the car park. When we picked up the car after our holiday, the passenger seat was wet, and the passenger seat belt was soaked through. Which leads us to think that in the rain, they must have left the passenger window open, not good at all.

This was the second time I had used this for car parking at Glasgow. I reckon it was good value for money and there were no problems changing times when the airline altered our departure and return times. I will probably use Parksafe again.

When going to car park there was a diversion on the road as the side of a building had blown off! We phoned the car park and the driver came to find us in the mini bus and we followed him back - we would never have found our way around the diversion! Staff very helpful and friendly. Would definately use again.

I ahve used this car park a few times and overall not bad service.However on returning from america in October I was forced to valet my carpets due to mud and the like I carried into the car. The transfer to the aitport is always prompt but the pickup on return is lacking in urgency

I dropped my passport in the parking lot. Your staff - radioed the bus..brought me back from the terminal and ran me back to the airport as the only passenger. Imagine my panic if I had reached checkin without my passport. Thanks for your great service.

Easy to find. Bus was waiting to take us to airport. At airport within 5 - 10 minutes. Bus was back at airport within 5 minutes of our phone call on our return. Speaking to a man who had waited 15 mins for his transfer with another company. Car was waiting for us when we got back to car park. Great service. Will definitely use again.

Very pleased with service. We returned 5.45am and coach was waiting outside airport. Upon arrival at car park, just 5 mins in coach, our car (which had a flat battery!!) had been pushed round to the main gate awaiting us. The car park attendant had a jump start box and after signing a disclaimer one turn of the ignition and we were on our way home. Would definitely use this service again.

Waited almost half hour on our arrival before transported to airport, but at least the driver was pleasant. Waited again on way back and was given wrong stance number and on mentioning this was verbally attacked by the driver before practically demanding to see my security pass. Facilities at parksafe not great and staff were complacent. Will not be using them again. They may have been the cheapest but it was obvious why.

service very efficient, after phoning informed there was a coach witing for us. We hurried up to coach park to find that bus was full, waited only short while for another. In the meantime there was another flight arrived so had to wait on them. Car was ready and waiting our car was not warmed up, while other's were. Keys were hanging in the door. This was probably and over sight and was happy with the overall service.

did not aswer the free phone from the airport / also we and others had to wait for two small coaches when they did take us back to our car the car had been left open ,not a secure idea as anyone else using the car park could have went into our car and took anything out

I've booked many times with parksafe, just recently will probably be my last time. Transfer to the airport, the driver was unpleasant, I know it's a thankless job, he barely helped with our cases, on previous occassions they have been so pleasant and can't be more helpful. The drive to the airport, I felt as if I was in the Grand Prix and at one point the driver braked quickly and hard. On the return to pick up the car, again we were raced to the depot but nearly hit another van going along in the other direction and the trees banged the window for about a good couple of seconds although the driver was very pleasant. I don't drive the way the drivers drive with passengers and I feel that they are putting the lives of your clients into jeopordy and I am so concerned that there might be an accident. The other problem an elderly couple were on the bus as well and they were frail, they were being shunted about with no consideration to their well being. The other passenger in my party had a sore back, they were in agony and it did not help being transferred to the car as if there was no tomorrow.

We have used this car park several times now and it was the best value for money we could find. We liked the way that the transfer mini-bus dropped us off right at our car, which was waiting with keys in the door , just ready for us to drive off. Great service as far as we are concerned. Will definately use again.

I have used Parksafe before and will do so again because it is convenient and close to M8. However, there are improvements that could be made: 1. We had to check in (with heavy suitcases) to Terminal 2 @ Glasgow airport very early in the morning. It was pretty cold at that time of the morning and luckily was not raining because we had a fair walk (much of the way uncovered)to get there from our dropoff point at the far side of Terminal 1. My mother is elderly and insisted on transporting her own baggage to the Terminal - which was difficult for her. Is there not a way that there could be 2 drop-off points - one for Terminal 1 and one for Terminal 2? 2. On return home we discovered that the front car number plate had been damaged/broken (it looked as though another car had reversed into it). Not happy at having to have this replaced.

I will always choose Parksafe for my car, it proved not only easy to book via the internet, but quick and efficient without yards of red tape and paper work. When we picked up the car the boot was even open for easy loading of heavy cases, thank you Parksafe.

We were more than happy to come to parksafe the staff were very friendly and helpfull and it was not over priced for a weeks parking we will definetly come back and tell our friend of the company many thanks staff at parksafe for all your good work Paul Taranto
