The site is well signposted so no problems finding it. We liked the fact that no-one can enter or leave without the security barrier being raised by staff. Transfers to and from airport were smooth and punctual by clean coach driven by helpful friendly driver. Parking bays clearly numbered on a level surface. We were very pleased with Parksafe and will definately use them again.

Very efficient service, although we had to wait a while for transfer on our return. Really appreciate being dropped next to the car.

I found staff helpfull and friendly. The shuttle service was quick, especially when we came back. Good value for money.

the only moan maybe would have been the quality of the shuttle bus. but then again,, you,re only on it for 5mins

as good as any other carparks ive used. basic but cheap. did have a visit from seagulls while on holiday! you get what you pay for and parksafe were cheap but still efficient although more budget looking than others,they still operated a well run site.

They were superb, easy to find and definately the best out of all airport parking I have used over the years. I made the mistake of booking one day too short and they understood this and it was not a problem, I would use again everytime.

Fast efficient transfer to airport. A bit of a wait on the return journey which we had not had before.

Transfer from airport took quite a long time as we had to wait longer than expected [ and longer than previous tranfers with other companies] at the airport i.e.approx fifteen minutes wait before bus arrived. Also,on the day of our departure on holiday we found that we had to haul all our luggage to a bus stop for collection rather than the bus come and pick us, and our luggage, up from the car...again, this being the service provided by other operators in the past.

Driver Davie was great .had a good sense of humour and made jokes about the weather..A good end to the holiday.

Our overall experience of this facility was very good. The staff were very friendly and most efficient. Everything went like clockwork. Will definently use again. Don't be put off by the location.

Fantastic Carpark: very professionally operated. Easy drive thru check in and minibus drops you off again right next to your car. Will use again.

have used parksafe many times and is now even better with more security and a personal number parking space from where the transfer coach picks you up and returns you couldnt be better service

I would definitely use this car park again. I liked the fact that the company do not move or touch your car. You park it and lock it and take the keys with you. Also very good value for money.

Attendant had details of Car No. and name but address had not been passed on from booking process. This is apparently normal and seems ridiculous as it meant a queue of cars out onto the road as the attendant took those details

The directions were easy to follow the bus transfers were smooth and quick and on return the free phone on arrivel was great will most certainly use this car park in the future cheers

We had no problems. Everything was as advertised, easy to find and fast and efficient transfers to and from terminal. Would definately use again and reccomend to friends and family.

I arrived at around 6am parked my car minutes later and the transfer bus was ready to go as soon as I came out my car. Got to the airport very quickly with no hassle. When I returned I called them after getting my cases. The bus arrived within minutes and I was dropped near my car. Simple as that. Great service. easy to book and great value. I will deffiantely use them again. Thanks

the staff were very helpful and the transfers to and from the airport were great plus holding onto the car keys which i find a real bonus as in the past has been an issue where my car has had miles on that i didn't put on

good service, will use again and also recommend it to friends. our biggest problem was trying find the facility as the motorway slip rd was closed so we were unable to follow directions as given.

positive experience with parksafe. when we checked in the coach drove over to our parking space so easy to find waited for us there for luggage etc and on return coach took us to area we were parked. no waiting around everything very efficient.
