The staff on the phone were helpful & understanding when I realised I had booked the wrong terminal.

Good service, but seems expensive, altho comparable with other companies.

would recommend but more economical choices are available elsewhere if you book early

Quite happy with service provided. Only niggle is that number plate recognition did not function. But this only required a quick visit to the office.

The car park is close to the airport and easy to find unlike some of the others. The buses did run every 10mins and from just outside the arrivals exit so you don't have to go far. I was pretty much on the motorway within 15mins of walking out the exit so a great service and one I'll use again.

No problems, an easy system, the only improvement would be number plate recognition on exit so that it would be quicker to leave.

Great system just remember to book out at the reception and not to put your ticket in the machine expecting the barrier to open. Will use your services again.

After eventually finding flightpath car park(more signs from first roundabout required please),parking was straight forward.Parking zones are well signposted and rows are numbered for easy return identification.Transfer bus stops are also numbered and the buses run frequently.The car park lighting is good and overall I felt that the park was safe and secure.I would use flightpath again.

Clear directions to car park and the transfer bus stopped directly outside Departures. Efficient service on the return journey. The friendly staff in the admin office quickly validated ticket and we were on our way home without any delay.

Very pleased with the service provided. The bus transfer to the terminal was very prompt, especially considering we arrived at the terminal very early in the morning. The only slight problem we encountered was on entry to the car park, having previously booked and paid in advance, was the car registration number was not recognised and consequently we had to go to the main office before we could exit the car park to get our ticket authorised to activsate the barrier on leaving.

Very good. Only slight niggle that the directions to Exit and M25 in carpark/surrounds are confusing. Otherwise very easy.

too much hastle getting cases on limited space on bus - car parks too big - adds too much time on and stress - meet and greet is the only way

I have used both the south and north terminals long term parking. The flightpath north has less frequent transfers than the south and as a result the transfers , which are longer than the south, are overcrowded and difficult if you have sizeable luggage. The return transfer to the car park was particularly unpleasant .After a long wait for the transfer coach , boarding was like a rugby scrum . The south terminal long term car park seems to be more efficient and I will use it in future when I travel from the North terminal.

I parked my car got straight on a bius to the airport, when i returned again I walked straight out of the terminal on a buis and was back at my car within 10 minutes. Good friendly service from sriver and staff in the car park. Will definetly use again

Easy to find, frequent buses. The only problem was that the bus on the return journey was jam packed and people had trouble getting their luggage off. It was standing room only.

Recommended for a quick transfer. Waited only 5 minutes for the bus on arrival and just as quick on return.

I thought it was going to be more costly and fiddly but I was wrong. Everything went quite smoothly. Thank you.

I travel every six to eight weeks from Gatwick North. Flightpath North is the most conveniently situated and best-run car park and I aim to use it whenever I can. Sometimes, however, it unfortunately does work out considerably more expensive than other car parks serving the airport and I am forced to choose another purely due to economic reasons. Would you consider a special "frequent users" package for people like me that would bring down the cost-especially in peak season?

Unfortunately my number plate details had been incorrectly entered, and there was no record of my booking on leaving. Consequently had to spend 15 mins producing paperwork. Not ideal after a long day.

Couldn't fault it, it was easy to find and easy to park. The transfer buses were clean and frequent and the drivers were very helpful. As I had prepaid, I changed my ticket for an exit card at the office, where there was no queue and the staff were excellent, despite it being an ungodly hour in the early morning. The prebooked fee was about half price, so a bargain, and I would certainly use them again.
