We were met on time both before and after our trip by pleasant, cheerful, frinedly staff. An excellent experience I will use again and recommend to friends.

On arrival at Exeter driver was waiting and handover was affected smoothly and efficiently. On return to Exeter had some difficulty contacting service but the car was alreaady waiting and we were soon on our way home. Would definitely use again.

Would help if drivers collecting cars had some way of easy identification. Took time to locate him. When returning, could see our parked car, but again took time to locate driver with keys

Going away can be somewhat worrying as to all travel commitments and begins and ends with the journey to and from the airport. It is satisfying to know that car parking arrangements have already been arranged with Fly Parks. This is the third time I have used this service and can honestly say I have been fully satisfied with their service to such an extent I have recommended this service to my friends.

the driver was there to meet us at the entrance to the airport and the car was waiting for us when we got back, at 2.30am!!!

It made a great start and end to the holiday being able to step out of the car and into the airport, and the same on return. No hassles- and no stress.

Easy to book, Driver was waiting in the car park as we dropped the car off and picked the car up, is definatly the best way of parking and you definatly get a really good service for your money. this is the second time we have used the service and we will continue to use it in the future.

The car was collected without fuss from very friendly 'greeter'! We were delayed in tenerife so we text to say it we would arrive much later than planned. We received an almost immediate text back to say 'no probs' which we were very happy to get as that meant after two in the morning! very good service

Do rememeber that you need a pound coin to get out of the car park on return from your holiday. Without phoning in advance our car was in the car park on our return so no hanging around. We will definitely use this service again when next flying from Exeter.

I have used valet parking on many occasions before including at Exeter but this is the first time the valet has asked me for a pound to take the car out of the car park and obviously we had to pay another pound on the way out. I realise that fees have changed at the airport but when quoting the charge Fly Parks should be including this in their charge as it is not possible to use the meet and greet service without paying this extra £2.

would definately use this service again. No long walks with suitcases. No loosing your car in massive car parks. No waiting ages in the cold for a shuttle bus. Who'd of thought a parking service could make your holiday!

its all good they come pick up car and then bring it back when you return

Well worth doing and made the travel experience very easy and much more pleasant.

the only thing they don't tell you is they expect you to give them a pound to get out of the carpark when you drop it off and pick it up - luckily i did have it in my purse.

Was met by staff at the airport with no problems. We had to wait about 10 minutes on the way back, but I think it was the traffic at the time at the airport. Staff very friendly and efficient. We will use the service again in future.

I must admit to being cautious of leaving my car to go off site from the airport -- howeverI would not hesitate to use your service again. Have already reccommended you to two friends.
