Perfectly easy service, someone was there to meet me when I arrived and waiting for me when I returned. Only hope my car could have been valeted whilst I was away :-) Also would have liked some form of paperwork recognition ir something as I did feel I was handing my car over to a random guy in the car park....

At drop off the chap arrived within 2 minutes of our arrival at the car park. On our return he was waiting with the car as we came out of the terminal. Overall, a very efficient service which delivered exactly what it promised at a very competitive price.

Husband using wheelchair, and distance to push him is much less than using airport parking. We had v heavy luggage - we took his kidney dialysis machine (22Kg) transformer (13Kg) and heavy suitcase with disposable equipment for it 15Kg, as well as our 3 luggage cases and 3 cabin bags and wheelchair.

I have used this service twice and it is great to be able to just hand the car over and have it there waiting on my return. It's very easy and a smooth operation.

We found the man who was meeting us but he had no knowledge of our booking which was initially worrying but he soon sorted this out.We left our car and it was waiting for us when we returned a week later.The car was parked in the short stay car park and this should have cost £1 to get out which we were told,but as the car had been there longer than an hour the man came with me to the pay and display meter to pay the extra money which was very good as I didn't have any extra English cash.Good service well worth doing

The Fly Parks Meet and Greet staff were extremely friendly. One quick phone call as we passed Exeter services and the representative was at the airport to meet us within a minute of my arrival. Great timing. The return was just as efficient. Stress free. Brilliant.

We have used this service before and this time, as with all previous experience, it did exactly what it"says on the can"! Why would you Park in any other way? No dragging cases miles across car parks. No airport buses. Car brought to within 50 yrds of the Departure Doors on return.

Was very disappointed, left ruck sack in car on arrival, phoned from Tenerife to arrange collection for our friend to meet you at airport so he would be able to bring it out to us in Tenerife and no one was there to meet our friend it had the brides wedding shoes and the grooms shoes in so you can imagine how upset we were. Having phoned your office to arrange meeting what happened?

Very Convenient, no hassel drop off and collection right in front of the airport entrance.

The driver arrived on time and was polite and friendly. On our return he again arrived within 10mins of my phone call, in fact he was already there before I got to the carpark. Would definately use your service again. It took the hassle out of dragging our luggage from the other carparks which we have used before. It was great to be almost at the door of the airport.

We arrived at the airport later than expected and were worried we may miss the flight. Your rep. Took the keys, said leave the car to me.Have a great holiday....so we did, many thanks....will definitely use you whenever we fly.

The only reason for not awarding all "best" is when the car was returned it had clearly been parked or driven through mud, a minor gripe. Will certainly use again.

Easy to book online, and a simple call on the way to the airport ensured somebody was there to collect my car. On the return journey, the plane landed, we phoned the number given and were told the car was already outside the terminal awaiting our collection Can't ask more than that! :) Have used before, and will definitely use again, as well as recommending to friends/family.

Car was already waiting for me when I phoned to say that I had cleared customs. Not like other meet & greet services at Heathrow where waiting time is often an hour.

Worked like clock work, friendly guy met us as we arrived and was there to meet us on our return. No waiting and trouble free
