At the start, and at the end, of a journey, the last thing you want to have on your mind is leaving and retrieving your car - especially if you are pushed for time and have other things to think about. Painless parking - and well worth the money.

We were met and greeted as expected.All contacts worked well. Could not have been better.

First time I've used a meet and greet parking service and I was really impressed with the simplicity of the process. I'll definately use it again...

Such a friendly, helpful employee. There promptly, helpful. Kind and understanding when I returned alone as husband (passport had been pick pocketed!) had to fly home after obtaining emergency passport. Cannot enthuse too much about the service, convenience, cost and does exactly what it says. Only with a nice kind human face. Thank you. Will most certainly use you again.

We have used this service three times now and can't fault it. With two tired children leaving at 5.30am or on our way back after a long day traveling it is so easy. Always been on time, friendly and car waiting with the engine warm just hop in and drive home. Would highly recommend :)

Outgoing Flight: The driver was waiting as promised in the Short Term Car Park. This was much appreciated on a cold and dark morning. Only a few short steps into the warmth of the Terminal. Return Flight: Called the driver as soon as we reached the Baggage Hall. Driver was waiting with the car when we exited the Terminal. An excellent service.

To just drive to the nearest car park to the entrance, hand over your keys and fly off knowing it will be right there when you come back is wonderful. Great friendly staff and service.

Would have merited excellent if they had told us where in the car park they were waiting. Walked the entire length in the wrong direction before locating them

The driver was at Exeter Airport on our arrival in the Short Stay Car Park only 50 yards from the terminal. The formalities were simple and quick. On our return the driver was waiting again for us. Th cost was very reasonable, less than 35% of the Long Stay Car Park and much more convenient, no waiting for a bus! Recommended.

Although it was 04:30 the driver that met us in Exeter Airport was cheerful and on the ball, he explained everything we needed to know for our return. This was a good Car Parking experience and we will use them agin.

Having flown from Exeter before i found this service to be especially effective for the return journey where previously I have had to queue for 20 mins trying to get out of the long stay carpark in the early hours of the morning. i will use this service again.

As we were a car of 4 people sharing the cost of the meet and greet was worthwhile. I am not sure if we would use this just for one or two persons, as it would work out quite expensive.

Would use again, it is nice to know that you will be in your car as soon as you leave the Airport, the whole experience was totally hassle free!Thanks very much.

ideal, drop car off with very pleasent gentleman, collected from another pleasent chap even though it was 2 in the morning and pouring with rain, used this service last year will defo use it again next year, would not hesitate to recommend this service

It was easy to book via the internet. The staff we saw were polite and very helpful. We will be using them again

The service was 1st class, someone was waiting on our arrival to take the car from us so we could just unload & proceed direct to the booking in. On the return flight the car was in the car park & a member of staff was waiting with our keys allowing us to load the luggage & continue on our homeward journey immediately.

aftera nightmare experience of meet and greet at Gatwick in January (admittedly very cheap!) when I nearly missed my flight and didnt know if I'd ever see my car again,this was totally stress free, excellent service

Just to say a big thank you for the hasle free drop off at exeter airport on the 9th August at 3:30am in the morning, the genglemen was very polite, what a great start for my family holiday. Even better return on the 23rd my car as ready and available as soon as I came out of the arrivals suite. Many thanks to to gentlemen running about in the airport carpark.

On our return to Exeter airport we phoned the meet and greet people when ewe collected as we were told to do just to be told that the car would be ready in 20 mins! we got a coffee, called again and were told 20 mins again. In the end we waited nearly half an hour in the rain for our car. Also the passenger side had wet muddy carpet, apparently because they took a colleague to get another car on the way! They seemed ok about this!! Friendly, but not a good service overall.
