the service was adaquate , the car park could do with more lighting and it would be nice if a little map was included on the ticket to let people unfamilar with the area to get to the major roads in the dark , or a sign telling the way to access the motorways .. john winchester

Smooth service. Easy to book, attentive to needs upon arrival. Pleasant staff - even at 5 am! Minimal wait for transport. This was a part of our holiday which slipped into place, helping us along, without being intrusive.

from arriving at the gate, handing in my car keys to departing in bus shuttle to airport took no more than 2 minutes, the same applied on our return, very slick indeed

I fly every month to visit my family and closest friends which can be costly, so I choose a budget car park to cut some of these costs. Fly and park might be a budget car park but there certainly up there with the best, they always get me to the airport on time and are there waiting on my return. I no my car is safe and secure so I can enjoy my visit with no worries. Miss T

Excellant service Found carpark easy with direction given by company Took to airport as soon as we arrived to drop off car, only 10 mins away from parking and only about 5/10 mins wait on the way back. Car waiting in bay as we arrived at park and fly to return home.

They did not have my booking on record but this did not cause any holdup

your system booked 3 parking slots of which you cancelled 2 and refunded to my credit card but credit card charge was not refunded which it should have been as the bookjngs were not my fault

Very smooth and efficient service. No long waits and on return my car was defrosted and ready to go. No complaints, great value, and would definitely use the service again

Thoroughly worthwhile and good value for money.Only piece of constructive criticism is that the car-parking area and around office could have been better lit as it was very dark when I arrived and departed. Otherwise, I would definently use again and recommend to others.

The parking facility was easy to find and from dropping off the car to being on our way to the airport was only a few minutes. The staff were all very friendly and well presented. The facility looked very secure. The journey to the airport was quick. On the return, the minibus was waiting for us at the airport and within a few minutes we were reunited with our car which had been positioned at the exit, so no need to struggle in the dark trying to find it. We will definitely use them again. Thank you.

I asked for my car to be checked over before I left as I had had a previous car damaged at Flying Scot, this was dealt with courteously & efficiently. No hesitation in recommending .

I don't like valet parking (I should have checked) because I hate handing my keys over and letting strangers (often in wet hi-vis) drive my car. Surface was greasy hardcore, not tarmac. Bus drivers and their colleagues didn't wear seat belts either: signs of sloppiness. Car radio had changed channels and a rear window was slightly open when we returned. No big deal. The long wait for the pick bus and to have our car returned to us was an issue, however. We were bang on time, so it should have been there waiting. You get what you pay for, I suppose.

The car park was easily found and efficiently run we had no holdups going or coming from airport and the price was good

I will be going back to my original Airport parking as it is much easier to find and even though it is more expensive, the transfer is only 2 mins from the Airport. Please put some signs up at the Newbridge roundabout cos even when you turn off - there is nothing!!

Although slight delay in getting my car on my return I have started using this car park when travelling alone as they do not drop you in the middle of the car park in the dark like some of the others, they bring the car to you if it is n ot already there and there are staff about unlike some of the others
